No, I eat too many bread products and I shouldn't drink alcohol. A good diet for me would be the Paleo diet.

I tried the paleo diet for a couple weeks......it didn't go well.

I have an ok diet. Although it doesn't really matter since I can't get fat. My metabolism is crazy fast. I CAN have shitty health problems later on lol, but for now I'm good.

The Fat Man's Prayer
by Victor Buono

Lord, my soul is ripped with riot,
Incited by my wicked diet.
We are what we eat, said a wise old man,
And Lord, if that's true, I'm a garbage can!
I want to rise on Judgment Day, that's plain,
But at my present weight, I'll need a crane!

So grant me strength that I may not fall
Into the clutches of cholesterol.
May my flesh with carrot curls be sated
That my soul may be polyunsaturated.
And show me the light that I may bear witness
To the President's Council on Physical Fitness.

At oleomargarine I'll never mutter,
For the road to hell is spread with butter.
And cake is cursed, and cream is awful,
And Satan is hiding in every waffle.
Mephistopheles lurks in provolone,
The devil is in each slice of bologna,
Beelzebub is a chocolate drop,
And Lucifer is a lollipop!

Give me this day my daily slice -
But cut it thin and toast it twice.
I beg upon my dimpled knees,
Deliver me from Jujubees.
And my when days of trial are done
And my war with malted milks is won,
Let me stand with the saints in heaven
In a shining robe - Size 37!

I can do it, Lord, if you'll show to me
The virtues of lettuce and celery.
If you'll teach me the evils of mayonnaise,
The sinfulness of hollandaise
And pasta a la milanese
And potatoes a la lyonaise
And crisp fried chicken from the south!
Lord, if you love me, SHUT MY MOUTH!

I wouldn't say my diet is the worst but it's defiantly not the best either. I could eat more vegetables that is for sure. I have always been a meat and potatoes type of a guy. I also eat way too much red meat.

Peanut butter sandwiches are a staple. I usually eat 2-3 on any given day. I'm trying really hard to include large amounts of vegetables and greens in my diet, and some fruit, but it's kind of a pain, and I'm a little inconsistent. I am moving toward having more of my calories come from whole grains, legumes, and nuts/seeds/[mostly olive]oils, so I guess that's a plus. I'm not a vegetarian or vegan, and never will be, but I do plan on a slow transition to a plant-based diet with limited amounts of meat/poultry/fish, and moderate dairy and eggs.

The main issue in my diet is that I have the world's worst sweet tooth. I don't go out of my way to get sweets, but if I have access to them, I can't help eating LOTS. I would just not buy any, but I live with my family. They just brought home Krispy Kreme doughnuts.

Right now, not so good. My wife is away for a few weeks and I'm living the bachelor life. I can cook, but I've been working a lot so when I get home I'm rather lazy. I'm eating out a lot.

I don't eat that much, but my parents are the healthy type who only get organic stuff, so whatever I eat is guaranteed to be good for me, but then of course I'll go out and get energy drinks, who knows what's in them. Either way, I never go for seconds even if I want them, so I rarely feel overstuffed, even at thanksgiving! I also workout a ton very morning and every night.

Last December all of my blood work came back bad. My doctor put me on the Paleo diet and most of my numbers have returned to the normal range (and the other numbers are heading in the right direction or can't be fixed by diet alone). I've always hated diets and never been able to stick to them until now. This diet has probably saved my life. As a nice side benefit, I've lost almost 50 pounds.

Breakfast:Sausage,donuts,pancakes.
Lunch:Pizza, chips,a large soda to go with it.Usually have a candy bar or 2 after.
Dinner:Fried chicken, biscuits, a side of ribs, and for dessert I usually just have 2 pies.
Midnight snack:A bowl of butter and sugar.

I know getting liquid in your body is important,so I make sure to drink plenty of soda during the day.

Edit:I guess my diet could be healthier. My doctor told me I have type 8 diabetes,so I should probably make some changes.

Oh my god

Well I used to eat typical American breakfasts (eggs, pancakes, hashbrowns, cheese omelette, French toasts, but I got tired of that

Lunch can be rice, beans, pasta... I'd eat cereal or a peanut butter bread before going to sleep (which isn't a good idea)

I don't drink soda, I don't eat candy (except for dark chocolate once in a while), and I don't drink cow's milk

I do eat veggies and fruits (I LOVE corn, bell peppers, cucumbers with chili powder, apples...)

I found out I had high cholesterol, so I'm a lousy vegetarian at the moment, but I'm trying. I ate a burger the day before that, but idk the last time I ate meat.
I LOVE hummus, and want to keep a container of it in the fridge 24/7

Bread is my weakness. I need to not eat as much probably.

I'd love to have a Mediterranean diet!

My diet is fine I guess, it could be worse....

lol I was just trolling. My diet's actually pretty healthy.I don't really eat greasy foods, and rarely ever drink soda.I also love hummus(It goes good with a lot off crackers, chips and breads)

omg good! Reading this just reminded me about this thing I was watching the other day lol

i mostly eat hummus with pita bread

Well I can at least say that I'm keeping a steady breakfast-lunch-dinner pattern, which is pretty much unheard of for me. And I can say I don't drink anything sugary anymore. However other than that my diet is pretty much abysmal. There are not many things I can eat, and that's a problem.
