Breakfast: Whole grain toasts with cheese or soy mortadella. Sometimes yeast bread instead of toast.

Lunch: Usually whole grain rice with some proteins, like soy burgers or vegetarian bolognese sauce. Sometimes potatoes instead of rice. Sometimes mushroom pizza.

Dinner: Either oatmeal or see breakfast.

Liquids: Only water. Maybe an occasional mango juice or Monster energy drink (also juice).

Once a week I buy a bunch of fruits, like apples, bananas or tomatoes.

How I schedule my eating-
- Intermittent Fasting for 18 hours (only in the weekdays)
- 1-2 meals a day in the window of 6 hours (1500-2000 calories)
- Vegetables, fruits, little carbs, good meat, and trying to get a lot of high quality fats
- No meal takes more than 30 minutes to prep and eat
- Lemon water, tea, and lots of water

- In the weekends, no holds bar in what I eat. Everything is allowed. I will not be deprived; then again, I can't really eat healthy since I do parties and weddings; I eat what they eat.
- If I ate enough in Saturday or if there is nothing special happening the next day, I'll be fasting the whole day Sunday.

I feel I save a lot of money and time this way.

What if the party has no food?

I'll probably go to a:
- diner, get some steak and eggs and waffle
- Thai restaurant that's open late
- Some Mexican place

Those are really my choice for some late night food in the weekends.

Or I'll just go to sleep hungry.

I don't diet, I eat what I want and enjoy what I want, here's the key, it's in moderation and I exercise. I don't eat a whole pizza but two normal slices at a time and so forth. I rarely eat junk food because it doesn't appeal to me, probably helpful somewhere in my life style change I'm sure. adore fruit and vegetables however and I eat lean meats and rarely eat pasta, rice or bread.

Yes, my diet is healthy enough and my mind, body, and spirit are healthy due to my diet. I still eat some unhealthy food but not too much of it. You can still eat some bad food just not too much where it would ruin your health.

a year an a half ago, I cut out:

butter, oil/anything fried, sugar/ junk-foods and soda, alcohol

I also limited my intake of anything creamy, corn and potatoes (starch foods), and only eat whole grain pasta and brown rice

Half my daily meal consists of fruits and veggies and I drink a least 6 to 9 glasses of water or those flavor waters

Its been working very well for me since I dropped over fifty pounds by being very strict with my eating habits. I don't recommend fad diets because they never work (I tried the Atkins and no carb diets, but I love bread too much!)
