I used to have an account with crunchyroll where I signed up for the free trial of the premium membership but I canceled the membership and deleted the account before the trial ended. Now I am still being billed two months later but because I had deleted the account I cannot get into the account I had to check if there are any problems with my membership cancelation. I contacted crunchy roll but haven't gotten a response. Does anyone have any solutions or suggestions? Also does deleting an account not automatically cancel the subscription? Someone help please. It would be very much appreciated.

You'll need to work with customer support for any account/billing issues. I believe that staff have warned in the past that users should ensure their membership has been cancelled before nuking the account.
