Sounds like an utterly delightful level of political ratfucking, yes.

Yeaaah, no. She seems to want just a tad more than that. Namely rolling back racial discrimination laws, pushing loyalty to the state above all else and specifically targeting Muslims based on opinions barely two steps above an Infowars comment section. State loyalty, calls for cultural purity and the demonizing of specific undesirable groups as the root cause of society's ills doesn't usually work out well.

Historically speaking. -.-

See here's the thing in the United States right now... according to someone out out there on this deep dark pit we call the internet, everything is racist to some degree.

However, that opinion doesn't apply to everyone. There are some of us who go around saying

"Yeah, don't say the N word, give people of color a fair chance in employment opportunities, and do something about the bad apples within our police forces shooting and killing unarmed black people (or for that matter just innocent people in general)."

Then there are whinny people on Tumblr, Reddit, LiveJournal, etc... who are like...

"Oh my God! Did you just assume my gender and speak in a faux Irish accent while wearing a t-shirt with a Japanese symbol on it? You're throwing micro-aggressions around and appropriating culture at the same time! I need to get into my safe space that the college provides for me!"

Problem is, people point to the whiny safe space people, otherwise labeled as SJW's, as the supposed majority. As a result no work get's done in addressing and talking about real race related issues, and instead we just argue about whether or not political correctness is out of control.

Entitled 3nd generation immigrants who blatantly disregard established rules of social conduct and or the law, but if you say something about it, you're obviously being a racist for even talking to them.

hmm well I'm a black american and I've dealt with racism but with mostly it's my peers asking uncomfortable questions because they're curious. Or making really rude assumptions >:[ I know they're not trying to be mean but it still makes me feel shy and insecure. And sometimes people will make racist jokes and I don't like to laugh along because I get embarrassed and kinda pissed. I try not to let it bother me but ugh.. y'know?

There are plenty of people where I live that are aggressively racist and they call me slurs and are generally RUDE but I ignore them and let karma take care of it.

I live in the southern U.S. where it's the worst!!

Also racist jokes were never funny

When I was younger I nervously laughed along so I wouldn't be called uncool or a loser. I don't do that anymore I just don't laugh

Today people will get mad at you if actually find offensive jokes offensive. Saying offensive things or using slurs for ANY race isn't funny and you should find some better joke ya nerds!!

Yes because letting outgroups into your lands with open arms and allowing their culture and birth rates to eclipse the native population's has worked out well for civilizations.

Historically speaking. :^)

Historically speaking, did you actually bother to check where that painting came from and what it means? Or did you just slap it up here content in the mistaken belief it supported your usual blathering? -.-

Racism is hard to define, recently I was working on discrimination laws in the UK and EU, one of the interesting points is whilst racism can be defined as a discriminative act aimed towards a specific ethnicity it is never really defined, what exactly an 'ethnicity' is in the legal context, so an SJW has just as much right to identify under such laws (and for that matter the children of Kek). The issue we found were a number, one it is remarkably easy to discriminate under the law without facing any repercussions - education - being one identifier.

There are some genuine concerns that more and more people are identifying in different ways and to an extent some might consider this as devaluing the cause of those whom are 'more' oppressed. Of course, this is a liberty which falls into direct conflict with a freedom of speech.

We like to think of Racism more in terms of understanding, when something is alien to you the first reaction is to reject it, many of us fear the unknown, racism is born from just that or misunderstanding. On all sides, for integration to be successful one party must seek to integrate and the other be willing to except them.

In answer to your question any empire is built upon a need for multicultural's, no doubt people thought differently of each other (Romans, Chinese, Mongrels, Europeans, Americas) in the US it is interesting to note reverence of the flag was introduced purely for the sake of establishing one unifying philosophy to bring the very different nationalities of each state together, it was a shared heritage idea. And the original gentlemen that came up with the philosophy of 'nationalism' believed it was a means to bring otherwise separate peoples within a nation together.

Tolerance is part of the necessity hear, Muslims and Hindus a long time ago were able to peacefully cohabitate together in India, and they had two very different faiths. In comparison, Islam and Christianity like Judaism are all Abrahamic faiths so their is really only minor differences in the interpretations of the teachings. One of my good friends is of the Islamic faith, and he interpreted the Qu'ran as a holy book of peace, he chose to favour its prominence of the word charity, another one of my Islamic friends took heavily from the aspects of devotion and is indeed a very pious man. Sadly, someone I once went to school with showed signs of falling off the band wagon some years ago, and that only when I glimpsed his FB out of interest. We are all very different people and we cannot judge how experience changes those around us, I am of the belief there are US patriots whom are not necessarily the established image of America, just as SJW's seem to have little resemblance to the causes they seem to support.

Best to have a solid vetting system, let in those who display actually values the country admires, and when they do except such people on merit, and they shall treat you the same. I would take from the first testament where it talks of treating others as you would want to be treated - hate only incites hate (an eye for an eye we all go blind).

How would you define a "racist or "offensive" joke?

good question!

My definition of a "racist" joke is when the punchline of a joke is a negative stereotype about someone's race, or when someone's race is used to make fun of their work or character when race is irrelevant. Like "watch your belongings around X becuase he's black lololol" and "Your dumb even though your asian"

My definition of an "offensive" joke is when someone uses a generally accepted "horrible" thing to make a joke. Like jokes about rape or pedophilia or genocide. Its just not funny in my opinion...

I hope this makes sense?

I wouldn't say it was mistaken, Cole sounds like an OG anti-globalist to me.
