If that is true and I saw him just walk into the lake I'm not sure I'd risk my life to go save a guy who was trying to kill himself when there very well could be alligators in the water since it is Florida. Though to clarify my knowledge on whether alligators are that common in lakes isn't really based in anything so if I was a resident of Florida and knew the area what I just stated I would do would be subject to change.

You'd at least call 911 though, right?

NO, I don't believe in police

I agree, cops are useless the majority of the time(they'd probably shoot him for splashing them with water, or pretend they didn't see him to avoid the paperwork) but 911 isn't just police.

Calling out turds for being awful- literally LAUGHING while a man died- is now, itself, awful?

Gonna have to disagree. No amount of verbal abuse hurled at these "kids" could ever possibly be unjustified.

That wasn't calling out. That was trying to link the behaviour of said turds to their race, social status and/or immigrants.

The worst part about this is I can actually see that happening. In fact I'm semi-confident if I started Googling it already has happened at least once.

I reported a crime once. Seconds after it happened. "No witness, no crime LOL" was their response.

Bullshit. You are the one conflating it to race, because you cannot seem to fathom that people might actually be making commentary about *social*, *cultural*, or *ideological* groups and not race at all.

Sure, that CAN be a comment about a race, but the way I- and I suspect a lot of others- interpret the group labelled "dindus" is not race-exclusive, it is "criminals who grew up in a culture that accepts or actively advocates that it is acceptable for them to commit crimes because they think they have been oppressed by society at large, and whose family and social groups will excuse their behavior rather than condemn it and attempt to better their community". Not all blacks are dindus, just like not all whites are hillbillies. It is a culture (and a choice), not a race.

So, he is complaining about the government taking money from hard-working, law-abiding citizens and giving it to lazy unemployed shitheads that laugh while someone drowns. Don't see how that's anything about race. He didn't say all poor people are evil, he commented about *these* dirtbags and people like them

Dont have to just look at Germany and Sweden.

This is the only one even *vaguely* about "race, social status, or immigrants". Unless you consider "unrepentant sociopath" a race, social status, or immigrant?

The thing is a full grown man in a lake who is suicidal and three significantly smaller teens, as one of those teens I would be extremely nervous attempting to save him, as he may attempt to drown me with him. I mean the rule for saving a drowning person is making sure you are even in the position to do so based on size, whether you can swim, the current strength, etc.

Personally I would beat him senseless if he tried to drown me, and save him regardless. But im 200 lbs with a fair bit of muscle, plus a strong swimmer.

Truly horrible! Yeah, if they couldn't swim then theirs no point in you jumping in but, laughing and mocking him is not funny.
I do understand how there finding it hard to charge these boys, technology they did nothing they were just witnesses but something at least should be done because you don't just say "Ow! He died" then laugh it off!

Edit - If the man did it for suicidal reasons then, my way of looking at it, jumping in to save him would be a mistake but I still think the mocking was SUPER unnecessary.

I know you essentially exist to stupidly pick fights for literally any reason you can find but this is getting pretty silly.

Yeah, that nuanced and non-racial definition is totally how it originated and how its used around the internet.

Kavalion was totally making an intelligent and astute commentary on social issues and not just invoking the Welfare Queen(tm)

Rujikin was totally not talking about immigrants and his muddled views on the EU. For once.

You would quite literally defend anything just to be contrary. If I complained about puppy mills and seal clubbing you'd argue for their economic benefits and low cost affordable pets. -.-

....That's pretty bad. I reported a crime once and got two officers willing to stop by my office to get the full story.

One of my coworkers accidentally hit our emergency line ( to 911 ), freaked out and hung up once. That got two officers by our office cheerfully joking they just needed to do a quick "check for bodies".

Every time we've had to call the cops at my office we've gotten them on hand pretty quick.

Funny, because that's pretty much how I see you: willing to ignore all sense and logic in any argument if that's what you need to do to protect your precious ideology.

I have, on the rare occasion you actually make sense about anything and are not being a partisan jerk, actually agreed with you. On the VERY rare happening of you being right about anything

Not my fault you are incapable of seeing anything from outside your narrow ideological lens

It's not your money after the government takes it.

*chuckles* its the One Bank's money - do people not understand that we RENT "Federal Reserve Notes" from the member banks....which are but tentacles of the big bankster One Bank, ya know, any entity attached to the Bank for International Settlements (BIS)????

The things they dont teach anyone these days...

(and its not even money, its currency....I'm sure that's another thing they dont teach anyone the difference between any longer, too...)

(they're counterfeiting houses at this point....new "money" comes into creation when a loan is made...what does this tell you? it is wholly invented as a ledger entry!!!! They are COUNTERFEITING!!!!!!!!!!!!!! does anyone wonder why the economy is so shitty, when those at the top have a license to counterfeit money?!?!?!?!?!)

That said...these kids deserve to be beaten with a rubber hose that just sat there and watched a man die.

Yeah this sort of shit is why I'm choosing to never have a family of my own. Not exposing a child, much less my own to this sort of disgusting behaviour and having them turn into one of these knobs or a victim. Gonna keep my own unique and personal DNA that would be passed on, safe and have it die with me.
