The title pretty much explains everything but I will try to give the issue a better description. I am unable to watch the series on any of the platforms I own. Android, IOS, Xbox one and On site through my pc.

Every time I try to play an episode I get the error
"server experienced an application error, please try again"
(I get the same message on all platforms)

So I was beginning to wonder if the series had been removed.
Hopefully this is just a temporary issue and will eventually resolve itself however I have been receiving this error for around 4 weeks now, Please help.

P.S I know that server error is a common thing but is it worth noting I have only ever received it once prior to this issue and that was just loading the app and after re installing the app I have never received it since (except when I try to watch yugi oh.

You need to set your language to English (US). There is no English (UK) content.

Yeah so that didn't work.
Any other ideas? Is it working ok for you?


Edit: It worked for the xbox one but it is still not working on site

How do I change language on xbox one? As I can’t watch Yu-Gi-Oh either as I get the error message too

The video resolution setting there is just for controlling the web browser player. It has no effect on any of the multiple device apps, including Xbox, which all use adaptive streaming, which will try for the highest resolution it thinks it can deliver. There is a "low" setting within the android and iPhone apps to be able to limit data, which doesn't look too bad on iPhone, but really looks like doodoo on my Android tablet... No idea if the game consoles have that setting built in, though.
