Good evening = Kon Ban Wa
See ya = Ja na / Ja ne
Why = nande / doshite *note - there's a slight diff b/w the two but im nt very sure sbout it)
Thank You = Arigato / Arigato Gozaimasu
Thank You Very Much = Domo Arigato

Additions:

You're Welcome = Dou itashimashite
Go Ahead = Douzo
Nice to meet you = Yoroshiku Onegai Shimasu
First Time Meeting you = Hajime mashite
Before eating = Itadakimasu
After Eating = Gochisosama
Please = ___ kudasai (used when saying please do this / that etc)
= Onegai (used when asking a favour, so simply "please")
