You can sue a Fast-Food restaurant for spilling your own hot cup of coffee on your lap. A woman sued McDonalds back in the late 80s early 90s for spilling her own cup of coffee on her lap and got 1 million U.S. dollars and all because it didn't say hot on the cup and the coffee burn her crotch and singed her Foofoo. What! you thought i was going to say Cl!t

That wasn't as frivolous a lawsuit as the suits at Mcdonalds would have you believe. First off, they gave the woman a near boiling cup of coffee with the lid not properly affixed to the rim. Secondly, when she spilled said cup of coffee she spent eight days in the hospital undergoing multiple skin grafting procedures, followed by nearly two years of additional medical treatment. This wasn't just some "my coffee's too hot! I deserve money!" BS. She had huge medical bills to pay for as a result of the 49c coffee she bought that day and the negligence of the people preparing it.

Did I say it was?

No, but most of the time that lawsuit is brought up, it's brought up as the poster child for frivolous lawsuits.

Not sure if the story was true, but I heard that a Teacher who had sex with her student is suing him for defamation FROM JAIL lol.

If she wins, then become a criminal and sue them for defamation when they say you are a criminal

Suing in my opinion is for when negligence from others causes real harm that has financial repercussions or medical problems , like not using up to code building material for an apartment building to save money and then that apartment building collapses or when something is advertised as being nut or some other allergen free and in fact has it as an ingredient and causes allergic reactions. Basically when someone provides false information or purposefully does not do a job correctly and it leads to property damage or harm to someone.

People need to be accountable for their actions.

i heard recently some law student sued her professor for sexual harassment for including "Brazilian wax" in the test questions?? and she wants to be a lawyer ?

You are talking about this case aren't you ?

The interesting thing to me is these feminists/sjws still think that Brazillian Wax is only for women -- "gender based harrassment" ?

https://www.liveabout.com/male-brazilian-wax-and-mens-bikini-wax-what-to-expect-1716710

counter sue these feminists/sjws for "gender based harassment" in return too..

if you are triggered so easily like this-- eh-- law is not the field for you
