How do you envision the future of cars would look like?

Here are two videos I see on the top of Youtube list.

For one, I like the second idea because you can have air conditioning running in the cars.

First one is ok. I can totally see the ideas for wheels (especially the ones for going up stairs) becoming a thing. But it would probably be more centralized. There's like 4 different "rent a vehicle" things and a bus system. It would probably end up being one or two, and maybe a personal one as well (having your own hoverboard versus having your own skateboard/bike).
The expanding bus with detachable wheels seems a little uneeded. It could reduce congestion, but the fuel usage would stay more or less the same.
The bigger problem is that the demos don't show crowds or traffic, which is a big factor in dealing with any form of transportation.

The second one is complete garbage.Too much stuff going on. Plus, it looks you'd have to change seats based on how the modules attach and detach; for a public transit system, that would fail miserably.

What I see coming is
Magnetic rail ways for cars. Kind of like the second one, but no changing. You and your party get your car to go to your destination with no one else and the system driving for you.
Or Self-Driving cars
Or teleportation; fuck cars

So, I'm getting the impression that walking is out in the future...

Personally, I think cars will stay fairly similar to the electric ones we have today. Hydrogen fuel cells will probably become more common, or some other fuel used to power an electric motor, to reduce recharging time. Batteries will probably get a lot better, too. That would make them a better option for long-distance travel, which is one of the big reasons they haven't caught on yet.

I'm hopeful that public transit in the form of railways and buses will get better, and maybe something like a human-sized pneumatic tube will come along for short-distance travel. I think it would be cool if those got good enough that we have a lot less cars, and a lot more cyclists and pedestrians.

Hyperloops are a cool idea, too, but I don't know enough about them to say whether they would actually save us anything in long-distance travel when compared to boats or planes.

Hey, I also had teleportation in mind, but connecting space time seems like a lot of work. Matching my shape with the space time's shape does not seem easy either.

Hyperloop is a cool design. I'd imagine the future car sort of runs on muscle propelled wheels. Low energy, high horse power. It's all about nano structures like the muscle . Self-driving car will probably be the first step towards some type of regular transport system. Well, until such a car can be deployed, in Taiwan, with crazy traffic

In the future, there will be no cars. We will stay in our boxes like good children while the adults provide or deny us things on a schedule we can never know nor understand.
