So I ordered this (https://www.crunchyroll.com/store/p/192837/Persona-4-Chie-Beanie) on July 16, I got the email saying it was shipped July 17, the tracking number I got doesn't work.

I have tried using the Contact Vendor option on the order history page, but every time I try to send in a request it says an error has occured, so I tried using the crunchyroll support system and got a cut and paste response saying Try your tracking number on all these websites.

Is there any other way that I can contact the vendor to try and get a new tracking number

Try using it on the fedex website. I just had the same issue (it linked to USPS) but the fedex website seemed to work.

That item is from a 3rd party vendor, YesAnime, which uses a FedEx tracking option without tracking for international parcels under $100 of value. Those parcels usually take between 2 and 5 weeks to arrive.

Ugh. I just had an issue that was almost but not quite identical. I ordered the 1/8 scale RWBY Ruby, got an email that it had shipped with USPS but the tracking # never worked. Given that the email said USPS I didn't get too upset since I've had previous experience with very spotty USPS tracking # scanning during departure/transit and only being traceable upon arrival.

I received the shipping email on 8/3. I finally went seriously exploring what had happened yesterday. I managed to discover via the Crunchyroll.com Help knowledge base about using a multi-firm tracking web site. I utilized that and discovered that the package had been shipped via DHL e-Commerce with USPS last leg delivery and that the package had supposedly been delivered on 8/8 in a parcel locker.

It turns out the postman had failed to put the parcel locker key in our mailbox. Very fortunately, the package was still in the parcel locker even though the locker was completely unlocked!

Talk about a lot of stress and good fortune that the package wasn't stolen. Screwing up tracking number links in shipping emails is a good way to really ensure that folks don't purchase things from your store in the future. Please complain to folks to get this fixed. You can loose LOTS of good will by these bogus tracking links in shipping emails for no good reason. Goofing this cruical bit up is a good way to never be used again. I'm fairly certain I'll be making any further figure purchases from other vendors.

Thanks,
Bill
