Blue. Simple and kind of boring, but then drowning is less of a concern. The likelihood of experimentaion
Is fairly low.

I don't screw around with time travel.

The amount of money offered is too high to be feasible. I'd have to become a criminal to use it properly. No, thanks.

Eternal youth is hard to miss. I don't feel like dodging scientists and whatnot. This is how you get arrested for identity fraud.

Invisibility is a pain.

Green, I can do everything I want without ever having to worry about getting too old and shit, it's easily the best, time travel doesn't mean it stops you from getting old and dying.
Staying young doesn't just mean your skin doesn't wrinkle, your internal organs stay young as well, including your brain.

I'd go with green since I'm curious how humans will continue to fail.

Plus life ends anyways regardless of money, so money doesn't matter.

I feel I could achieve a couple of the others with a little effort if I had purple.

I need more data, though that is probably the point; if you explain your answer, it will reveal more about not only your values but how you process what information is available. All have some strong up and some strong downsides, but even if these are not outright traps, Red is probably the best bet, and I mean that almost literally.

Green only matters if something else doesn't kill you; unless it was supposed to be immortality, you fail to see that bus speeding your way, you still go splat and die. If that happens 100 years from now, cool, you enjoyed a higher quality of living and or extended lifespan, but you're still dead. If it happens the day after drinking the potion, you got nothing out of it.

Blue is oddly specific; if you're not fond of swimming in the seas, you won't get to use it. Even with it, there will be plenty of places in the oceans or seas where you won't be able to safely go due to predators, pollution, pressure, or temperature. You'll already need technology to handle such things, so how much better is it to not need to carry your air supply with you?

Becoming invisible at any time... but what about becoming visible? Can I still see, or does the light pass through my eyes? Do things I've consumed remain visible or do I need to do this only after a long fast? Invisibility is not something easily simulated by technology but even if the answer to all those questions is yes, remember you'll have to deal with people detecting you through nonvisual means or the dangers of them not seeing you at all. Now the speeding bus hitting you isn't an accident, it is because you forgot they couldn't see you. >_< Sneaking into places requires not making too much noise, not being smelled (everyone has a scent, and it doesn't always take a keen nose to detect it), and not bumping into anyone.

$1,000,000,000 is a lot of money, but not enough to buy everything. More than enough to get you killed over it, and don't forget you'll be investigated for gaining it possibly more readily than you would for any of the "superpowers" you can gain through these potions. You may have to keep it secret and safe mostly on your own, and you'll probably need a lot of help to use it well.

Time travel is incredibly vague, and time travel so potentially dangerous, it is probably the worst pick. I have to try with some of these to come up with dangers, but this one? If you occupy the exact same space where you began from in time traveling, you have to deal with drift because the entire universe is moving. If you stay in the exact same relative position, you risk death from time traveling into something. Can history be changed? Unintended butterfly effects and paradox may cause everything to cease to exist. Is history immutable? Well, not quite as bad then, but we just had to clear some big hurdles before this step. Oh, and if history cannot be changed but attempting to creates a parallel reality that simultaneously exists with our own but as part of a multiverse (or whatever), you can get "stuck" in the wrong timeline... which is better than the other problems, I suppose.

Drinking none may be the best bet, with Red being next... hint, don't take the full amount of money offered!
