Crumchyroll's queue is inaccessible on Firefox. It might work better with smaller queues/list however whenever it is opened it stalls for years before finally opening the page only to kick out and error say the script has failed. You can still access the shows by stopping the script, however you won't be able to rearrange them. Luckily chrome still work but come on. Also I'd be nice if the mobiles versions had added a move to top/bottom feature added so we don't need to access a PC to do so. An insert feature would be glorious.

I use Firefox for CR, and my queue (currently 32 shows) displays without issue, and I have no issues re-arranging them.

I do use NoScript, however, with crunchyroll.com and gstatic.com being the only domains allowed to run scripts for that page (with another 7 being blocked).

How many shows do you have in your queue to completely break it?

Loading my massive queue takes me around 15 seconds, 5 of which are Firefox stalling completely.
When it does load it'll tell me that a script stopped working or is unresponsive (to be exact: http://static.ak.crunchyroll.c…ion.c540d4b1.js line 23 > eval:3) allowing the script to continue running lets the queue function normally, stopping the script prevents reordering of titles as you mentioned.

That, however, is on a queue with around 400 shows in it. Hardly the "normal" use case I wager.
I expected things to start breaking a hundred shows ago, so no real surprises here.
(I should really get around to cataloguing my watched shows elsewhere and prune them out of my queue...)

Yeah, I have a queue of 347 so it's clearly an abnormal situation, but you don't design a algorithm hoping the users will play nice. Besides while I don't know what the max is, others will be affected as well...... lucky the queue still loads on chrome and PlayStation app so its no like I get locked out, (thou only PC allows you to re-organize your queue, PS App is access only) but my go to browser is Firefox. Which kind of brings up another point, the queue system is somewhat unsatisfying. Obviously most aren't going to have a ridiculously queue size, but once it starts growing I'd be nice if they could implement a secondary queue/list to save finished shows. Adding filtering sorting so you could sort alphabetically, by date, things of that nature. Might have to make a another forum about that.
