My first job interview went good surprisingly. Although I was sweating bullets, and the owner could tell how nervous I was.

My first ever job interview back when I was 16 was at a local Goodwill and it was shit. I completely lost my voice the day before so I went in and I literally could not speak so that went terribly. I didn't get the job. Not long afterwards I interviewed at a different Goodwill and got hired on the spot. I worked there for a year before quitting, that job sucked ass and it just kept getting worse.

Interview? I joined the Army out of highschool, so my first "Interview" was my promotion board for sergeant. Same principles apply, dress nicely, be confident, and be, or act, knowledgable. It's all about presentation.

Eh, my very first "real job" interview went well. I'd done public speaking and numerous mock interviews, so I was told I came off as a very qualified, confident, responsible, etc. applicant. Of course, I didn't get the job regardless.

Or the one after.

Or the one after that.. I lost count, really. Looking for work at the height of the unemployment crisis sucked.

The important thing is not to let rejections get to you. The best rejections are the ones where they tell you how you can improve for your next interview.

A trick to an interview is to make the interviewer talk about themselves. Interviewers love sharing their stories especially when you ask the questions. Works every time for me.

Literally applied for a luxury hotel and all I did was answer honestly and have a positive attitude for a first time job, and I got in like it wasn't a big deal. It's like the manager who interviewed me fell in love as much as I love this job. Pretty big accomplishment for me especially since I'm young. Got a bright future ahead.

I tend to stare too much into people's eyes
So I think whenever I do, I creep whoever interviews me out

First one was shit. Had one today and I just winged it and I've got an 85% chance of getting the job. The key is to just not give a fuck, charge in and just do it.
