Rules:
1. The score must be from an animation (not a live action reboot)
2. To the best of your abilities list the conductor/artist
3. Don't be shy, everyone has great taste!

(Example) Paradisus-Paradoxum MYTH & ROID- Re:ゼロから始める異世界生活

Without a doubt Nightmare Before Christmas. Every song is phenomenal.

Danny Elfman at his best.

Watership Down (1978)
Composers Angela Morley & Malcolm Williamson.

I watched this film over and over again when I was a kid and the tunes are still in my head over 30 years later.

I don't have a favorite-favorite, but this one ranks pretty high on my list;

"Deliver Us," by Hans Zimmer, for The Prince of Egypt. Ofra Haza is the female lead.

The Prince of Egypt is probably my answer. The whole movie just had an awesome soundtrack, from "The Plagues" and "Deliver Us", to "When You Believe" and "Through Heaven's Eyes," and the orchestral parts, too. Not to mention, the parting of the Red Sea is one of the most breathtaking scenes I've ever seen animated. Honestly, it's one of my favorite animated films overall. Like Cardamom Ginger said, the score is by Hans Zimmer, and the singers include Ofra Haza, Brian Stokes Mitchell, Michelle Pfeiffer, Sally Dworsky, Val Kilmer, Ralph Fiennes, Steve Martin, and Martin Short.

Other contenders would be The Hunchback of Notre Dame, Beauty and the Beast, and more recently, Moana (except that horrid villain song, "Shiny", puts it out of the running immediately).

I'm sure there are others that deserve to be mentioned, but I honestly can't remember enough about all the different soundtracks in various movies and tv shows, especially when they aren't musicals. Maybe I'll go back through a few and try to revise my answer sometime soon.
