The site was working fine for days, but now suddenly, no matter which show I try, and no matter what definition, it will play without audio for exactly 5 seconds, and then freeze. Jumping around the video time won't help, refreshing won't help... Anyone familiar with this?

Edit: Fixed by closing and reopening my browser. May have to do with the browser cache.

Edit 2: Not fixed, seems to just play for about a minute with audio and then the video stops. I can jump back and watch what has already played, but nothing beyond that.

Edit 3: Okay, seems CR is just super inconsistent with whether it wants to show me anime or not. Simply stops at random intervals, and I have to restart Chrome to watch any further.

This sounds exactly like what is happening to me.... Was watching things just fine, then switched to premium...as soon as I did that- the video kept stopping at 5 seconds. Tried on Chrome and Firefox, same result. Tried on my phone, the video would not even load. Hmmm...

Same here in The begining but now better but i cant Use the free trial i thout hey why not but it says i already have it and i done loded The app yesterday and havent lookt att The site before..

Update on my situation. It just started working, everything. O.O Looks fixed for me, just over night - after getting some sleep! Planned to fall asleep watching something, but now it seems to work fine =] Least I will have some things to watch and stay out of the heat!

Huh, so this must just happen around the time you start the trial. Here is a list of things that I did:
flushed my dns
release & renew ip address
cleared all browser caches
tried opendns dns servers (didnt really work for me)
reset to auto dns
shut down computer
went to sleep for about 8 hours
tried to watch a few shows, everything seems to work.

Maybe you just have to give it a little bit of time.
