Hey people if you need inspiration read/buy Paul Gravett's 40 Years of Manga it's a very good book that teaches you the history, genre and what not, just to prove to you that it works I lost the internet for a year, and it made me draw everyday.

Thank you so much for the tips.
I've been wanting to become a Manga-ka sense I was 7.
(Pokemon and Sailor Moon inspired me)
I understand that it takes a lot of work, money, and patience to become a Manga-ka.
As said, im starting out her in America. But if possible, I plan to go to Japan and try there once I get the hang of it and the concept and I've published a few Manga. But once again, thank you for the very helpful tips.

i'm just making a doujinshi manga......so i can have anime inspire some parts of it.......but not all the anime....really........
