I've been using this service now for years, and I LOVE crunchyroll. I hope you guys stick around for a very long time. <33

Anyways, I have premium and it was working fine 2 days ago. I was charged on the 3rd from my debit card as usual and my premium was up and active up until yesterday. I put in a ticket about it but I was wondering how long these things generally take to get manually fixed? I saw in the QA section that they need to be manually fixed by the site after a ticket is sent in verifying all the proper info, so that's what I did.

I feel so silly feeling so impatient about getting to see the newest episodes of my favorite anime coming out xD So I thought i'd ask if anyone knew a general time it could take to resolve such an issue?

IT's not that you hurt my feelings. I just thought this forum was created with the intent to help users, and most forums like that have rules that state that unless you are providing answers or furthering the discussion, you shouldn't post because it just prolongs things xD Or whatever lol

Sorry if I seem rude, I'm not trying to be! Just weirded out by a response like yours, since saying 'idk' is not really a response at all lol.

Sry. when u write beck i tried to find answer to ur question but cuoldint find it. i faund a lot of information just not - how much time it takes to fix it

Yea. Luckily though I got a message back just now and it was fixed. So with that being said, it was less than 24 hours :3

I saw someone else complaining about customer support being shitty but I dunno... Every time I have ever had an issue cr has always been pretty diligent haha.
