I just fixed mine after experiencing the "Server error" for the first time for about 30 minutes. Here's what I did:

(With the app completely closed)
1. Highlight the app.
2. Press the Menu button to bring up more options.
3. Select "Manage App"
4. Scroll down to "Saved Data" on the left hand side.
5. Select "Delete All"
6. Go back and relaunch the app and it will have a pop-up window saying "Syncing Data." For me, after about 10 seconds the app loaded like normal.

Hope this helps.

Normally, I make sure to completely close my apps before shutting off my Xbox, but last night I didn't close the app and as a result when I turned on my Xbox the app wasnt working and was getting that error. I wonder if this is the cause to everyone's troubles?
