So, for the last month of so on my xbox 1, my app will open, and then abruptly close after about 5 seconds, anyone else have this problem? I've uninstalled it multiple times,and reinstalled it back, but to no correction.

I am having the same issue, whatever this is it is annoying I have tried a system reset and uninstall and install. Nothing seems to work.

Check your /queue and /history. A large queue (>50 shows) or long histories can cause issues. Also look for any queue entries that have a blank white box where the next episode thumbnail should be, and remove them, since those seem to break the app when it's being loaded.

My problem seems to be black screen and nothing it won't play any videos!!

I also have the black screen issue. It seems every time an ad tries to run, the screen will just stay on a black screen and never launch the ad.

same with the black screen and ad issue. Sometimes I can get to the first commercial break and then black screen. Yes I uninstalled and reinstalled zilch. Been dealing with this almost two weeks.

Why are we putting up with this? Their app is garbage and needs to be fixed. If having a long history or a large queue is causing problems, then the way the app handles that data is terrible. When handled just somewhat efficiently, that is not enough data to bog any modern system down.

After experiencing years of trouble of getting the app to load, or getting episodes to play when I have lots of available bandwidth, I've cancelled my premium membership. I encourage others having issues with their apps to do the same.
