Just reaching out on forums because ive emailed support several times and im not getting any responses except that the issue is being "escalated."

My problem is i got charged a 59.99 fee for renewal when i havent used this site for several months to watch anything. I wasnt even aware of this renewal fee coming up because i never signed up for yearly renewals.

Its been a week since ive gotten the escalation email. And its getting a bit frustrating because they keep saying itll get taken care of but never reply after that.

You may want to check your viewing history and queue and see if someone else gained access to your account, especially if you re-used a password for CR that you used elsewhere. Apparently some hijackers have gotten wise that changing the e-mail address and password will tip off the account owner sooner than simply using the account to watch. They also have a habit in either case of either either signing up for a subscription renewal, buying merchandise, or both using the registered payment information. (They can't see your credit card info if they've gained access to your account, but they can use it on CR).

In any event, you should probably change your password and de-authorize any unknown devices, just to be safe.

Yeah. I dont even know what account it was though because i dont believe its this one because im getting asked to sign up.

So if i dont know the account then i cant even change it.

Im just confused because i havent heard from support in a week.

Just posting to update.

About 4 hours after posting here it got refunded.

So thanks although a little late. Glad support took care of it.
