Thats probably the rarest thing ever.

Naruto filler are terrible for sure

Bleach had 3 filler, 2 of them were just plain bad, but the last one was quite good and original

Beside these 2 i dont really know other anime with fillers
Well. One piece do have filler but usually they are only a few episode (i think)

If an arc is described as "filler" judgement has already been passed.

I think the positive equivalent is "breather episodes."

Gintama. Mainly because fillers and canon material are nearly indistinguishable due to the fact that Gintama has no real endgame, so to speak.

In most series fillers are uninteresting due to the fact that you know they can't change the status quo but the drive of the series is usually finding out how the characters progress and where the story goes. Gintama though is primarily about comedy, which means that even canon material doesn't often have character development or story progression.

I've watched gintama but i didnt liked it, it was trying too much to be funny, but i heard there is some real good serious arc so i might continue it.

It's really a to each his own type of thing, I for one don't like the serious parts of Gintama, I prefer the comedy bits.

A series that in my opinion melded the seriousness and the comedy together better was Sket Dance. Though unfortunately it didn't seem to get as much popularity as Gintama did.
