Account stolen, no answer from support

Saturday evening, I received e-mail notification that my premium account's email was being changed from mine to someone else's. I did not authorize this. Now I can't access my account. The person has already attempted to purchase a 1 year subscription. I have records to prove I am the owner of the account. I contacted support via email as soon as I found the theft sunday morning. Have not been responded to yet. Need help urgently on this matter.
