why does it say unable to access online features when i try and watch certain anime when i have a premium account?

do you have it set up where you see only certain material? such as are you blocking mature content, are you old enough to stream something? if you're at the wrong age point then it could not allow you to stream something. do you have something running in the background that is not allowing you to view something such as computer settings. also, what of your add-ons, these too can cause issues, you have to have adobe in order to stream content on this site. when was the last time you restarted/shut down your device, what device are you using, when was the last time you cleared cache/cookies. all of these can be factors with having issues streaming. if none of these are the problem, then it might be an issue on their end, so, they will see this as soon as possible and pass it over to tech and see what could be the problem.

didn't realize it was regarding sony, so some of this content cannot be done, but it could be working with the mature content feature however, because I just found this post http://www.crunchyroll.com/forumtopic-998253/i-dont-have-permission

Try setting the language for the app to English (US). You can do that via the video settings on the website.

Thank you i never would have thought that i would have to change the language to English (US) to get it to work. I thought that it was already like that.

Did you try changing your Language Settings to English (US) as was suggested in shinryou's post above?

I have this problem too, with specifically two series, Amanchu! OVA and last chapter of Guru Guru, I THINK the problem is the PlayStation CR app that was updated a few days (weeks?) ago

You guys really need solution about this because the PlayStation CR App has a lot of problems is SO common not being able to watch things on the "simulcast" section, that actually you need to watch some things two days later

PS: BTW, I DON'T want the robot response of changing language, because I will just GTFO you dude

I did, on both console and the site, it didn't work.

Not a solution, but just out of curiosity, is there a history stripe or section in that app? I wonder what would happen if you tried playing maybe 30-60 seconds of an episode on the web, and then went to that history section in the app to see if it showed up then. I have to do that (very) occasionally on my Roku now, where I didn't have to before. It's only on just-released episodes that I see it.
