Hi,

Today I got a message from CR that our password may have been compromised, so I logged in through a browser and changed our password.

Unfortunately, now we can no longer log into CR on our AppleTV with the new or old password. Logging into CR on a PC browser with the new password works fine, but on the AppleTV we're seeing the following error:

"SERVER ERROR

"The Application received an unexpected response from the server. Please try your action again."

Is anybody else seeing this error when logging in through on AppleTV?

So far, I tried resetting the ATV, deleting the CR app and re-downloading it, but neither action helps. Netflix and Hulu work fine, so it's not an internet connection issue.

Ah, finally got it to work. If anybody else is having problems, try this:

Log into CR through a web browser and deactivate all devices listed under your account. (I was surprised to find several devices that I no longer use.)

After removing all devices on the webpage, I was then able to log in with CR on Apple TV.
