So this has only happened for two shows so far (Code Geass R2 and Interviews with Monster Girls, not like it really matters), but there have been a few instances where I have started an episode, and then something like stop, watch something else, turn off the Apple TV, etc. Once I turn on my Apple TV again some time later and open the Crunchyroll app, I notice my queue has either completed or "watched" several episodes ahead of me (a number of episodes I have yet to complete are in my history).

Though, I have been able to play 2 streams on Crunchyroll simultaneously before (1 video and audio in the foreground, 1 audio in the background, nothing watchable, obviously), and I wonder if it has to do with that intermittent issue. On another note, there are plenty of times in the middle of an episode where Crunchyroll tells me it "failed to load the episode", though I am in the middle of watching one and it's working fine (stream does not stop, cut out, or lower quality, I press OK and continue watching the episode like normal). At the very least, I figure these last two issues might be related, if not to the phantom viewing history.

It's possible your account has been compromised. Apparently, this usually happens when you reuse email/password combinations across different services. Check your /acct/?action=devices list and remove anything you don't recognize and change your password immediately to something unique and secure. You may also want to /contact customer support directly for any further assistance.

This is what I was seeing on the forums, but I have been using different passwords for all my accounts recently, and typically long and randomized, and given the criteria for the password generator I've been using, I don't think it something that could've been cracked very easily.

Anyway it's not just random shows in my history, it's more like I will start the first episode of a season, stop it, and when I check back later, somewhere between 6 to 12 episodes have been viewed. No unidentified devices on my account, either.

Only reason I posted here was that Crunchy's support contact methods seem to go in circles and just keep pointing me to the forums, like so many other services have been doing recently
