Post Reply I cannot access Premium features when I am supposed to have Premium??

Story in bullet points:
1. I am subscribed to Crunchyroll through iTunes
2. iTunes charges my account to renew my subscription and sends me receipt
3. Crunchyroll sends me email saying my subscription failed to renew (even though iTunes says it is ok)
4. I contact Crunchyroll and Crunchyroll blames iTunes for payment error
5. Crunchyroll support gives me 30-day credit
6. Crunchyroll sends me email saying my Premium subscription has expired, even though I just got credit.
7. My profile says I am a Premium Member, but I cannot access any premium features.
8. I contact iTunes and they blame Crunchyroll for not properly handling successful payment
9. I send another email to Crunchyroll support and they do not respond
10. I want to never ever ever subscribe to Crunchyroll again.

Did this get resolved yet and why are you subscribing through iTunes isn't there a better way?
