I love it and the characters
I went and read some of the reviews and while the story does move a little slow. The tention is what keeps me coming back. The Animation is beautiful and it's not hard to follow the story line. If you like love triangles and sappy romance shows this is for you.

    Simple story, stunning animation!
The story itself is very simple but the beautiful animation itself makes this anime very easy to watch. It is one of the few anime I have sat and watched each opening, Just because it is so easy on the eyes! Not one I would watch a second time through though.

If you want to see something crafted to perfection, look no further
Glasslip is by far one of the most aesthetically pleasing anime's I have ever watched, the animation quality is outstanding, and in most cases the backgrounds and everything happening behind the scenes completely over shadows the characters. Now to be honest this is a good thing, this allows our characters to move within their world and be placed in a visually appealing setting, as well as the ...

Very slow and hard to understand.
I'll start off by saying the obvious, the animation is beautiful. However this is really the only quality of the anime that is good, (As for music, that's a personal thing but I believe it was good overall) The characters are out of whack, the progression of the anime is horrible, and the tension.. this extremely unnecessary tension.

Firstly, the characters. While none of them seem to be ...

Severely Lacking Plot, Dialogue, and Characters
PA WORKS has always impressed me with their art. This anime is no exception; it has amazingly gorgeous artwork. The problem is that having stunning backdrops/artwork does not, SHOULD NOT, exempt you from having a storyline that makes sense, or God forbid the dialogue from making sense!

This anime starts off promising and sadly declines rapidly. It’s about a ...

Pretty slow and makes no sense.
I did get pretty curios and enjoyed it from the first three episodes so i thought it was a good start.
But you will notice in time that it becomes a really slow and almost makes no sense.

But i recommend it if you really get hooked up for it cause it might develop into a really good comeback.

    Beautiful and Boring
(This is my initial impressions, having watched Episodes 1-5)

An anime that's clearly trying to ape Makoto Shinkai's storytelling template, and despite nailing the aesthetic part, the shallow mess of a story can't seem to understand that nuance and emotional investment do not come from pretty backgrounds and contrived teenage love-triangle plots. Despite the limitless potential to explore ...

    I don't understand what's going on
There's gonna be a few minor spoilers. The show starts off with a decent amount of potential. The problem I have with it is that it takes the "Mysterious and random means interesting approach". At first it adds basic things like love interests and a confession, but later the start throwing in random things like split personalities, super natural powers never being with no real point in adding. ...

    Could be way better.
Alright, this will be a mini rant, so be warned.
GLASSLIP showed a lot of potential for the first two episodes, then completely went average. As compared to other romance anime, this just falls flat. The overtones of confession and feelings are completely blown out of proportion, and it gets boring. The most interesting character is "David", and that's merely for the fact he can be pretentious ...

    Beautiful yet boring...
I watched all the episodes that are posted to date and while the art and animation are exceptional, I've lost the story completely. I only remember half of the characters names and I found this frustrating to watch. I don't think it's really moved at all. I may come back in a few episodes only because I'd dedicated myself to watching and because it's a masterpiece visually but as of now I'm just ...
