Cute&Warm slice of life that could make you smile :)
    First of all,
    - I write this review on episode 1. (I might overate it)
    - I added some update after I watched 2-3 EP.

Quality is really really good (Art, Sound, FX).
As we expected from SHAFT. It can easily make you hungry. (Believe me)
    - Art: 4.5/5
    - Voice Acting: 4.5/5 (Cute & Natural voice)
    - Sound: 5/5 (Really good inserted song, Soundtrack, OP&ED)
    - FX: 5/5

    This is ...

Who knew anime could be this tasty?
there's only been 2 episodes released at the time of me writing this but I just have to say that this anime is surprisingly, really, really good. The animation is superb and definitely has some of the best angles and animation for eating that I've ever seen. It's funny how sexy they managed to make it look.

The soundtrack is pretty great. I liked the OP but I absolutely love the short little ...

    Sensual surprise for the pallete.
    End of season update.

A very pleasant slice of life about food and family that is fun to watch, and may have a side effect of hunger. I'm in my 40's, so I may have a different perspective than a younger person.

Despite the obvious suggestive sensual tone, this is actually a celebration of food, family, and friends. The sensuality is actually aimed at highlighting the beauty that can come ...

    An Epicurean Delight
Eating is a necessity, but eating well is a profoundly sensuous experience. Gourmet Girl Graffiti explores the difference, sometimes delicately and sometimes, well, somewhat suggestively. The premise is one familiar to anyone who cooks often, whether privately or professionally: food tastes better when prepared with love, whether for the intended diners or for the process itself. In ...

A fantastic feel-good and very appetizing.
Every now and then there is a series that just leaves you with a massive grin on your face during the entire show, and for some time afterwards, This is definitely this season's feel-good.

Between the 3 main girls and their immense (and sometimes suggestive) love of food, there is many good times and "adventures". Each episode usually focuses on one or 2 main dishes and you can watch the series ...

    A Deliciously Good Experience!
Starting off my 2015 season I decided to pick up two anime to watch, "Saekano" and this one. Out of the two it is honestly hard to pick my favorite, but here's what I know for sure. This is the first time I've ever enjoyed two early year anime. To be honest I for some reason never got into early semester anime, however this one as well as "Saekano" have really been astonishingly amazing. Now to ...

Food Porn the Anime, great so far
    Only 4 episodes in.

This is a food porn show, if you don't like food and people eating food you will not like this. That said the animation is really good, and they are making pretty authentic looking Japanese food. The show follows a simple formula of a girl making a different meal for herself and her second cousin every week. The MC philosophically muses about the nature of eating food ...

    Cuteness and culinary art
I have instantly loved the show after watching only 2 episodes.
Each episode clearly focuses on Japanese cuisine and each episode portrays a different kind of dishes. Very refreshing and anew.
Warning: there might be some potential fan service but they're not so extreme after all. You will definitely enjoy this series for the love of culinary art

  • Much better then expected.
This is, primarily, a show for people who like to see pretty women eat. If that's your thing, awesome. If not, there is still a lot here to enjoy.
Mostly implied Yuri - Which was why I watched it.
This show is very nearly as gay as Amanchu! meaning that it is very, very close to being actual Yuri.
The plot is mostly non-existent, but it's more substantial then is normal for Slice-of-life ...

  • Slice-of-life meets eating sensually
Review in brief: Gourmet Girl Graffiti plays well to Studio Shaft's strengths featuring beautiful stylization and a plot that, while light, is also surprisingly emotional at certain points. However it is also a "food porn" anime which may be a good or bad thing depending on what your preferences are. It's definitely recommendable to someone looking for a good "cute girls doing cute ...
