Shinji Noe:
Noe is one of Mizuki's friends. He mostly hangs out with Sekime, and they usually go "girl-hunting". He is not too fond of ghosts so he always covers his ears whenever Kayashima has a scary story to tell.

Kyogo Sekime:
Sekime is the track team's captain. He and Noe are really good friends, and they like to look for girls during tournaments.

Gilbert:
Gilbert, or Gil, is one of Mizuki's good friends from America. He helped her when she ran away from home by giving her a place to stay and food to eat. He is considered as Mizuki's first love, but he didn't get her first kiss.

Julia:
Julia is Mizuki's best friend from America. When she first me Sano, she suspected that he knew Mizuki was actually a girl. She put the pieces of the puzzle together and realized that Sano was keeping it a secret. She and Nakatsu are not very fond of each other. Especially since Nakatsu thinks that Julia is Mizuki's girlfriend.

Megumi Tennoji
Tennoji is the initially fierce-looking leader of Dorm 1 and the Karate club. Despite his appearance, he is actually rather soft-hearted, which is shown in his love for his meke, soft-spoken girlfriend.

Itsuki Kujo
Kujo is second in command in the Karate club. He's a personable guy, though lacking a bit in the physical emotion department. He's very highly respected and feared when angered.

Hara Akiha
Hara Akiha is a photographer and Hokuto's junior back during his days at Osaka High. Akiha likes to be around Hokuto, something even the gay doctor doesn't appreciate. He is bisexual.

Himejima Masao
Oscar M. Himejima, Masao, is the leader of the Third Dormitory, Masao is a total narcissist. He's also a "Germanphile", calling himself Oscar and spouting random German phrases. However, he has his serious side, as can be seen when the dorm heads realised that Mizuki's a girl.

Shoutaro Kadoma
Kadoma is a first year student. He's displayed as somewhat impressionable and naive but very friendly. He's also a member of the Karate club and devotedly loyal to Kujo. He appears to respect and admire Kujo in a way that somewhat resembles Mizuki's adoration for Sano.

Shizuki C. Ashiya
Mizuki's older brother. He is a Harvard graduate who specializes in cardiology. Shizuki is also wildly homophobic and apparently even gets a rash.

Makoto Kagurazaka
Makoto is a foul-mouthed, arrogant, yet talented high jumper from neighboring Tokyo High. He initially does not get along well with the gang, as he boastfully challenges Sano as the number one record holder for their age-group.

Takami Makita
Makita is a college sophomore who works at Io Nanba's inn during the summer. He's a complete skirt-chaser and makes goals with himself to deflower naive girls. Though when Mizuki and the gang show up to help she is still masquerading as a boy, he immediately sees through her facade and makes it his mission to make her his.
