On a snowy, winter night Yuki was almost attacked by a Level E vampire. That is until a mysteryious foe destroys the very evil that craved blood more then a regular vampire. Yuki attained the last name Cross and was raised by Kaien Cross headmaster of Cross Academy. Yuki can't remember the horrible event from 10 years ago , Only two students at Cross Academy really know the true story of that night. Zero Kiryu is a close friend of Yuki's that she met not long after Yuki came to Cross Academy. Zero's Parents were Vampire hunters who were killed by the reknown vampire Shizuka Hio[/b]. But things were different then how they were , he was forever changed. During both anime and manga series Yuki shows to have feelings for Kaname Kuran a pureblood Vampire whom is class president of the Night Class. Yuki and Kaname each render moments throughout the series of the anime and manga that reveals more and more about the truth in Yuki's past. But as time grows a change occurs between Yuki , Zero , and Kaname.
