Caitlin Cooke
** Spoiler Alert!!! click to hide or show**
Sweet and optimistic - and TOTALLY used to getting her way, Caitlin gets good grades but isn't very street smart yet. Cait is a little sheltered and naïve when it comes to things like dating, cruel intentions, and the fact that working at the mall isn't just one big social gathering. ("You mean I have to mop the floors? I so did not sign up for this.") She's vain but not conceited and is always doing sweet things for her friends. Even though she's spoiled, you can't help but love her. She can surprise you with her determination when she sets her mind to something, be it finding a new pair of pink clogs or taking Wyatt on a dating safari to show him how to act like a "mature male." Caitlin is girlie to the core and totally boy-crazy - unfortunately, every time a cute guy even LOOKS at her she does something incredibly embarrassing like walking into a wall. The ever hopeful cheerleader, Caitlin assumes things will work out because up until now, they always have. She elicits the group's protective instincts and loves to give dating advice. Caitlin is a new addition to the already-tight group of five. The only reason she's working at the mall instead of shopping here is because she maxed out her dad's credit card on a shopping spree and he, "like, totally freaked." In an effort to teach Caitlin the value of money, her parents insisted that she get a part-time job. So now she works at The Big Squeeze, which is brutal, but Caitlin figures if she can survive the humiliation of working in a giant lemon, she can probably survive anything. Caitlin hates her uniform so much that she never leaves the lemon with it on, doing a Superman-style quick change into her street clothes every time she leaves work. Caitlin is an only child from a family of two doctors and is the apple of her parents' eyes. She lives under the impression that her parents will cave any day now when they see how hard she's working and let her off the hook... this doesn't happen. It's not that bad... she's even gotten used to using the mop. But she STILL HATES THE HAT!
Jen Masterson
** Spoiler Alert!!! click to hide or show**
The hip, hot tomboy, Jen can beat almost any guy in almost any sport. Jen is determined to become a future Olympic snowboarding betty, so her job at The Penalty Box would be pretty sweet if it wasn't for Coach Halder breathing down her neck all day. Jen is kind, sweet and fun with a bit of an edge, but her strongest personality trait is definitely her determination - once the train's on the track, it either reaches its destination successfully, or crashes and burns. Jen's mouth is often faster than her brain and she tends to blurt out the exact wrong thing at precisely the worst time. Jen is the planner and the doer but can be bossy when she gets on one of her "missions." While Jonesy's got the scams, Jen's got the plans... and both of them end up getting the group in just as much trouble. Jen's experience in sports makes her a natural born leader and coach, and she will often offer tips to Caitlin and the boys... even when they don't ask for her help. Jen's a great "big sis" for Caitlin and can often be seen coaching her through things, starting with running The Big Squeeze. She's in constant cell phone contact with all her friends and likes to know everything that's happening as it's happening. Is known to ditch customers mid-sale to answer her phone.
Jonesy Garcia
** Spoiler Alert!!! click to hide or show**
Jonesy's interests in life can be summed up in two words: HOCKEY and CHICKS. He's a popular, pathologically confident, good-looking guy who gets invited to all the parties and who's probably going to peak in High School. Says "Dude, that chick was HOT!" a lot. Clutch under pressure, a loyal buddy, and always willing to go for it. Jonesy is unabashedly male and relentlessly girl-crazy - and no matter how bad things are or how many times he's shot down, he always maintains "the attitude". ("Dude - if I wasn't in this mountain maiden uniform right now, I TOTALLY would have scored that chick.") For someone who is so obsessed with chasing chicks, he has an astonishingly low success rate. Jonesy is the social director of the group; the man with the scam. Always coming up with new schemes, but they usually end up getting the group in trouble. He teases the guys mercilessly for being wimps and is protective of the girls. Jonesy and Nikki love to spar and there's some unspoken tension there that may just turn into a date... if they can keep themselves from killing each other. They call one another on their often-exaggerated bluffs and will out-and-out fight in the middle of a store, but as he always reminds Nikki after she tells him off, "You love me". Jonesy gets fired from a new job EVERY EPISODE... let's just say he's not the most responsible cat in town.
Jude Lizowski
** Spoiler Alert!!! click to hide or show**
Jude is into living life large. If it's extreme, he's done it - or it's on his list. He has a pure, almost childlike outlook and seems to be in his own world, but has a totally solid inner logic that can make the others stop in their tracks and listen. Every once in a while, he comes up with the perfect solution to their problems. He's always positive and mellow, and his attitude is contagious. He's that perfect combination of cool, sweet, and mysteriously confident. Jude's pretty restless and often checks out of conversations because he's bored. You might say he's a bit of a space case or a little hyper-active (he was a nightmare to keep track of in kindergarten). Floating on his own cloud, riding his own melt, the only things he takes seriously are his friends and skateboarding. Jude thinks outside the box - and at times, outside the entire room. Take the time he decided to spread his girlfriend net a little farther and stop limiting himself, so he began dating a computer programmed easy chair with a female voice that he named "Betty." She's easy going, listens to him, and gives great massages - even his friends have to admit that it's hard to argue with that logic. He's the confidant - the one everyone trusts with their secrets... though ironically, Jude is reallllllly bad at keeping secrets. The girls often come to him for advice about guys (because their other choices, Wyatt and Jonesy, are both hopeless). He is naturally laid back and everything is cool. Doesn't like it when people harsh on his mellow. Jude works at Stick It, a food stand that serves up different foods on sticks every day, which he feels is the job he was born to have. (but he now works at underground video in new eps)
Nikki Wong
** Spoiler Alert!!! click to hide or show**
Nikki is questioning and defiant with a punk rock edge, but beneath her tough exterior, Nikki isn't as tough as she seems. She's not cynical - just a "realist". A total original, Nikki loves to take clothes and custom-rip-them to make them her own and can't stand fashion sheep. Her deadpan sarcasm flies right over the heads of her co-workers, who she's aptly named "The Clones". Nikki hates everything about mass consumerism, so she considers it a sick twist of fate that she's stuck working at The Khaki Barn, the most generic "don't think for yourself" store in the mall. In her words, "The Khaki Barn represents everything that is wrong with the world today." Unfortunately, The Khaki Barn was the only store that would take her. You could say she has a bad attitude when it comes to authority. She wouldn't be caught dead wearing anything The Khaki Barn sells, and DON'T expect her to be cheerful. Nikki doesn't take pop culture at face value and is not easily sucked into trends, which makes it such a funny reveal when we discover her closet love for the Boy Band, Dawg Toy. Her goal is to graduate, travel for a year, then settle down somewhere cool and break into the music industry as an A&R executive. Something far away from a suburban mall. For now, the mall provides her with ample targets for her razor-sharp wit and observations. Nikki's a "reality check" for her friends. She brings the loftier ones down to earth and puts the obnoxious ones in their place... but in a good way. She's always up for a good prank and likes to tease her friends good-naturedly. Nikki thinks Jonesy's an "idiot" but loves him, and she truly admires Wyatt's originality.
Wyatt Williams
** Spoiler Alert!!! click to hide or show**
Wyatt is an old soul. He sees house parties and making out in the movie theatre as strictly "for the cretins." He's into more cultural endeavors: a new jazz band, spiritual awareness, a great documentary about gun control... he's very well read, mellow, and a great foil for Jonesy's adolescent hijinx. Wyatt has certain quirks that don't fit into the typical high school scene, but he does have one ace in the hole: he plays acoustic guitar and can play any song on request. Girls love guys who can play guitar and sing. Wyatt has a dry sense of humour that Nikki in particular appreciates. He's more intelligent and well read than his pals. The "smart" one who SHOULD be the first one to object to Jonesy's scams, Wyatt is easily talked into anything Jonesy proposes because deep down he admires his confidence and strength. He knows he should stop taking Jonesy's advice on girls - but he can't help himself. Wyatt's totally in love with Serena, his gorgeous boss at Spin This, although as Jonesy puts it, he "hasn't got a chance" - she's an "older woman" (eighteen), after all. Wyatt often writes down his observations with the goal of one day writing a book. He doesn't love his job (they stuck him in the country section at Spin This) but at least he gets discounts on new releases. He doesn't mind being different or uncool. Deep down he knows that in a few years, when he's in college, he'll be the man. You'll find him playing his guitar in smoky coffee houses to bookishly hot girls in big sweaters and glasses and finally, he'll be the cool one. It just won't be tomorrow, that's all - but he can wait.(wyatt now works at underground video plus serena dump him on txt meg)

Chrissy, Kristen, and Kirsten (more commonly known as “The Clones”) are Nikki's co-workers at the Khaki Barn and her worst nightmares. Chrissy is the assistant manager of the barn, and the somewhat leader of the other two clones. Despite all looking nearly identical, Chrissy has short blonde hair, while Kristen has long blonde hair and a blue headband on her head, and Kirsten has her blonde hair tied up in a pony tail with a green hair elastic. Chrissy is two years older than Kristen and Kirsten, and is the smartest of the three. Chrissy is also a member of the "Espresso Poetry Society".
** Spoiler Alert!!! click to hide or show**
Darth (real name unknown) is the geeky, lightsaber-wielding assistant manager of Stereo Shack (an obvious parody of Radio Shack), and a huge fan of Star Wars. Darth used to be a friend of the group for a long time, even though Jonesy often picked on him. In the sixth grade, he was embarrassed by Jonesy who gave Darth an atomic wedgie in front of the entire school, and pantsing him in front of the entire sixth grade. Jonesy had begun to pick on Darth until Darth grew tired of it. Darth had finally sought revenge on Jonesy; resulting in him successfully embarrassing Jonesy in front of the entire mall. Although in season 2 onwards, his rivalry with Jonesy seems to have gotten weaker. Darth also had a strong crush on Nikki, and once on Jen, however Nikki has successfully hooked him up with Julie the taco girl. Darth has green eyes, red hair, and his codename (by Ron) is “Vader”. The offical 6teen site gives his full name as Darth Mall.
** Spoiler Alert!!! click to hide or show**
Ron the Rent-a-cop is the Retail Operations Enforcer (mall security)" for the Galleria Mall. He sees an enemy in every person under twenty, is a true nemesis of the gang and is portrayed as one of the show's 2 main villains (the other being Tricia) although unlike Tricia he does have the best interest of other in mind. Try as they might, the group can't seem to get rid of Ron, who puts out tons of loitering and disruptiveness tickets. He's a Vietnam War veteran, and various flashbacks show him in some bizarre retrospections from the war. He gave himself a codename, “Viper”, although, in the episode The Slow and Even-Tempered, Jonesy refers to him by the codename “Smokey”. He is an obvious homage to both Christopher Walken in both appearance and manner of speech and presumably R. Lee Ermey as his quotes seem to suggest. Ron has a deep hatred for teenagers, especially Jonesy and Jude, despite this, Ron and Jude bond in episode "J Is For Genius" because of their mutual love for chick flicks. One episode showed that as a teenager, Ron was much like Jonesy, running around the mall playing pranks and greatly annoying the (then) mall security. Wyatt said that the tapes of Ron as a teenager are at least thirty years old, meaning they were recorded back in the 1970s, which would suggest that Ron is at least in his late forties. At the end, Ron was shown on a missed tape breaking into a spontaneous dance number in the empty mall after closing, parodying Walken's own performance when he appeared in the Fatboy Slim music video, "Weapon of Choice". In the episode Mr. & Mr. Perfect, Ron had a sudden crush on Yummy Mummy and wanted to learn the play the guitar from Wyatt so he can sing her a love song. Ron plays the guitar left-handed. Ron is also a member of the "Espresso Poetry Society". It is revealed in one episode that Ron, oddly, doesn't know what "Facist" is.

Coach Halder (simply known as “Coach” to Jen and other employees) is the manager of the Penalty Box and Jen’s boss.
Coach Halder is the boss and owner of the Penalty Box who gives out "penalties" for the smallest infractions (he once sentenced Jen to the penalty box for fighting with a customer, and he added time because she lost). Halder’s trademark on the show is "MASTERSON!", which he yells whenever Jen has caused some misfortune. He is a regular at Grind Me's poetry reading. He has a dislike for giving himself penalties and push ups, but is not above doing so. His one weakness is that he is terrified of mice (as a result of finding one in his jock strap) and spiders. He has poor eyesight, but in the short branch of time he gets glasses, his vision becomes as sharp as a hawk. His favourite holiday of the year is Halloween, and he enjoys dressing up in a jumpsuit and hockey mask and scaring the customers with a chainsaw. In Baby, You Stink, he is seen with a woman (hinting a possible girlfriend, as they both left the “What Would Your Baby Look Like?” machine). Coach Halder is also a member of the "Espresso Poetry Society".

Starr is Jude's vegan ex-girlfriend who works at Vegan Island. She hooks up with Jude because her personality is similar to his in eccentricity. She later changes her name and personality to a goth named "Nebula" and ultimately hopes to get back together with Jude.
** Spoiler Alert!!! click to hide or show**
Wayne is the manager (and later, the owner) of Underground Video, a video store that specializes in independent films. He's Jude and Wyatt's boss after the two of them are fired from their former jobs. Wayne is cynical, sarcastic (even more sarcastic than Nikki) and generally a bad-tempered, pessimistic know-it-all. He has the talent of being able to predict the exact film a customer will see and whether he will like it or not, an ability which he claims comes from "years of gluing [his] eyes to the boob-tube", this ability is what helps him know what film each customer should watch. He can't stand Jonesy or anything Jonesy thinks is cool, especially Top M-16's. There are only two instances of Wayne and Jonesy not hating each other. The first in "Unhappy Anniversary" when Wayne along with Jude and Wyatt try to help Jonesy get Nikki a good present and the second is in "J For Genius" (in this episode, it is revealed that Wayne is smarter than Nikki) when Wayne helped Jonesy cheat on his IQ test. Despite being short, Wayne proves to have some sort of physical strength since he is able to chase around and beat-up Jonesy when he wouldn't give him back his fries and he was able to dunk Jude and Wyatt in a pet store fish tank when they wrecked his "77th Samurai" tape. In "Deadbeat Poets Society", it's revealed that Wayne is a member of the "Espresso Poetry Society". In "The Hunted" it's shown that he listens to punk music, especially The Clash.

Wyatt's ex-girlfriend and former boss. He's obsessed with her and tries to get her back, but all he does is makes her angry, and she ends up firing him. Currently, (season 2) she's going out with Wyatt's former co-worker Chad from Spin This. When she found out Wyatt had built a shrine to Serena in his bedroom, she had Ron take a restraining order out on him. When Marlowe (Wyatt's former girlfriend) started working with Serena, she bragged about how great Wyatt was which made Serena jealous.

Tricia first appears in the pilot episode, shopping with Caitlin and leaving Caitlin’s side at the end because of Caitlin’s new job. Since then, she has viewed Caitlin as a loser. She currently attempts to ruin Caitlin’s life at any time, anywhere. She had once ran against Caitlin in the “The Khaki Girl” contest and cheated to make Caitlin look like a loser. She had once recorded and downloaded a video footage of Caitlin walking around on the beach in her bikini with toilet paper sticking out of it and gave it to the gang. In "Crimes of Fashion", first, she apologized insincerely when she purposely spilled milkshake on Caitlin and then when she went shopping with Caitlin, Tricia accused Caitlin for shoplifting. Tricia has starred in more than ten episodes; each time she attempts to try to ruin Caitlin’s life and/or continuously ruins Caitlin’s attempts at a new boyfriend. There are rumors that Tricia's last name is Cloutier (the same as Caitlin's last name in the French dub).
** Spoiler Alert!!! click to hide or show**
Stanley and Yummy Mummy are two recurring characters who often appear as customers.
Stanley is around five years old, is known to be very troublesome and bratty amongst the gang. Stanley appears in the opening sequence of the show, shooting nerf balls at Caitlin's face. He often fires nerf-balls at the teens at the mall, especially near the fountain and at Caitlin when she's at The Lemon. Stanley is commonly portrayed as the show's secondary antagonist (or anti-hero) although unlike the show's other 2 villains (Ron the Rent-a-Cop and Tricia) he will occasionally join forces with the teenagers such as when he was among those that got rid of Ron during a huge high-stakes plan, tripped Tricia down a flight of stairs for Caitlin's and Nikki's amusement and helped Julie win back Darth's heart when he had a crush on Caitlin.
Stanley's mom (known as Yummy Mummy) is a very attractive woman who wears a low cut black shirt and spotted leopard pants. She is caring for her son, and normally apologizes for his behaviour. It's been implied on several occasions that she wants to seduce Jonesy.
On one occasion, Yummy Mummy has versed Jonesy in wrestling ("Yummy Mummy vs. The Stud").
