It's true that the game does not have an English version, only Japanese/Chinese/Taiwan , but the community that I mentioned already made a patch for it that translates the interface of it to English and they're working on translating the

From what I can tell from the garbled junk Google Translate spat out, it looks like the current aisp.jp isn't actually owned by the Ai Sp@ce team, and is just a fan-maintained archive of the old site. So, I wouldn't get your hopes up.
