Keele's blade never stopped once it struck Nick, hurling the player back ten feet away from Wolf, and continued to follow the force behind the bosses spin. Time seemed to slow down in those moments as Wolf cried out, "EVERYONE AT ONCE!" and the lines of players swarmed on Keele's spinning form. His blade still in rotation, creating a wide barrier around him where it was, but leaving him open where it was not.
The most open weak point was where Wolf himself stood, the blow against Nick giving him room to move, but at what cost? As Wolf struck at the boss, the spin of his form caused the blades tip to tear into him more than a simple stab might have done otherwise. His body glowed red with the tell signs of grid beneath his frame as Wolf's blows landed solid.
Unfortunately, the strongest point in his defense was on the left of Wolf, where Nick had been and the sword was rotating past. From that direction came another figure, sailing through the air at the bosses direction. One thing rarely understood by low level players was the flaw in aerial combat, the moment ones feet left the floor was the moment they no longer had control of their movement. Keele's sword spun through the air and leveled itself at Vyse's form as both twisted through the air on a collision course with one another.
Yuuki stood at a third point of contact, not stronger than Wolf's but not as weak as Vyse's. Even as Keele leveled his sword at the airborne Vyse, his own back lay vulnerable and exposed as Yuuki struck against him. Adding to the tracts of red that Wolf's own blade had lain into him, her sword cut deeply into his darkly armored form, bits of red puffing out of him and just as quickly disintegrating into the air.

Two fast ones and one strong one, was the basic combo used in a fight. Wolf has now landed behind Keele, and was quick to strike once more. His position was perfect. Wolf was directly behind him while the other five were either in front of him or on the side. Keele had to choose between focusing on Wolf or focusing on the other five. He moved forward swiftly and unleashed his most powerful attack upon his opponent. Unlike horizontal strikes, vertical strikes come from the entire body, every muscle was working towards the attack. Unfortunately, once the attack is issued, it's impossible to stop. Attempting to block his attack may result in a broken weapon. But fortunately, he can still pivot. If Keele were to move up to 5 feet (1.5 meters), either left or right, Wolf's attack may still graze him.
Wolf, with both of his elbows above his head, held his sword behind him. A vertical slash like this would also render his opponent immobile by striking him into the ground. His full moon-like glow radiated once more. "Fell crescent," Wolf said as he probably smashed his opponent into the ground. Wolf planned his moves multiple steps ahead. This may be the beginning of a great combo that could possibly end the boss soon. Keele's only option against Wolf is to dodge him. At the speed and power that Wolf is going at, another attack upon Wolf simply can't stop him. Wolf will have to take the hit, but that also means Keele will have to take Wolf's massive hit as well.
Keele also has the option of dodging Wolf. But in order to do so, he had to move more than 1.5 meters away within the 3 seconds of noticing that Wolf was attacking him from behind. Keele then would have to move incredibly fast, which Wolf knew Keele was capable of. That's exactly what Wolf wanted. Keele would be forced into the other five players, focusing solely on movement if he wishes to dodge Wolf.
Wolf simply put Keele into "check" if we were to consider this a chess game. He is forcing the king out of his position and in the way of another pieces move, but if the kings was to not move, the game would be over.
Every bit of momentum kept Wolf from moving anywhere else. The power of his swing and the weight of his sword was too much. He would need 2 full seconds to move out of the way. Unfortunately, time was not on his side. If he missed, he would be stuck there for a whole two seconds. And Wolf clearly understands that every second counts, and every move has to be planned accordingly. After shouting his attack name, Wolf grinned at the endless possibilities ahead of him.

Blacknife looked at combat. On all sides it seemed like there was a blade twirling about The Keele slicing away at life. Wherever it went it left a trail of damage and disruption. The safest place to be was on the opposite side of the blade. There was no visible defence opposite the spinning blade and to Blacknife it almost seemed like he wouldn’t need it. Despite this his comrades were landing hits, and doing damage. Both Wolf and another player had landed strong blows that had visibly brought his health down. During this entire exchange he looked for openings. The one problem with a whole bunch of people attacking one target is there is only so much room and his combat style required a bit of room.
If one looked at blacknife they would almost not see the sword along his right arm. He held his sword in a very much different way than most. He had no idea why he had started doing it but now it was as natural to him as breathing. He could fight in the traditional way, but not with an opponent as tough as this. He held the pommel of the blade in one hand but upside down compared to most people. The blade had no guard because his combat style revolved around twirling the blade, almost dancing with it to get past defences. Holding his sword in front of him perpendicular to his body he dashed towards the enemy. He had found what he needed to do. His strength was not high so he could not stop the twirling blade, but he could get inside the reach of its arc and be on the one place where no one else was, and where he could do the most disruption. He needed to give his comrades time to heal, time to regroup, to do that he needed to be a distraction. Just before he left he saw Wolf take a vertical swing at the boss. Not knowing if it would connect or not Blacknife aimed to arrive in-between Wolf and the boss. No matter if it connected or not, he would be vulnerable for a while, a while too long.
To anyone watching him they would have seen a smirk on his face, and then he would have just disappeared.

Keele's blade angled towards Vyse in an upward slash as he moved through the air. The attack was almost too fast for him to react, but he managed to put his own blade between himself and Keele's. The strike hit him with incredible force, and sent him careening through the air back in the direction he had came. He landed hard on his back, and slid a number of feet before slamming against a pillar in the corner of the room. Winded, he rose from the floor, leaning heavily on his sword for support, and reassessed the situation. While he had failed in landing his own attack, he had provided an opportunity for his fellow warriors to strike, so his efforts were not entirely in vein.
With his health in the red zone, and his weapons durability dangerously low, he could not afford to take another direct hit. He scanned his menu for healing crystals, and once he was satisfied with the effect, he moved to join the fray once more.
He stepped forward, this time low to the ground and his sword held across his body, poised for a backhanded slash. The blade thrummed with energy as it had before, but he held it. His attack needed to strike Keele, and strike him hard. The blades glow grew brighter and brighter, and the energy within reverberated through Vyse. Finally, seeing an opening in Keele's strike, he lunged forwards and brought his sword upwards with every ounce of power he could muster.

after the last blow he suffered nick just wanted to stay down and let the others handle it, but the gamer within him
resisted that thought.
He pulled out the red crystal he had saved up.
Heal! The crystal shattered and his HP recovered to full.
He stood up and took his sword, the durability was low.
Hope this holds out till this is over. He thought as he jumped off the ground to attack his target

Argo stares at Keele, the monster seeming to ignore her advances as if mocking her capabilities. She dashes in again and hits Keele with another horizontal attack. She is indeed ticked off but at the same time she thought of this as a chance. "If you're going to keep ignoring me, I'll just keep hitting you until you do!" she shouts in a heartily voice.

Zwei ran into range of Keele, and saw that the wolfman brougth his sword vertically down on Keele.
he who were to the left of the wolfman and at keeles left side. He Stepped forward, with his blade down at his left side, and as he came into range he brought his blade upwards in a diagonal fashion from left to right. As he started the lift he yelled "uppercut!" and his blade glowed bright blue.
he thought back at the real world, and realized that he actually had started trusting people again. Something he had thought he'd never do. Not after what had happened the year before..
His mind went back to the battle and his swing were at it's way. The good thing about a swing like this were the speed. The swing was really fast. But it was hard to do with a blade this long, and the tip trailed along the ground as it went from behind him to the front before rising upwards. And it also allowed him to dodge if necessary.

A cloaked figure, like many in this game, appeared at the doorway to the boss room. It didn't seem to be in any rush, rather casually walking into view. The navy blue cloak swishing slightly before coming to a settle with the now motionless figure that proceeded to lean against the entrance to the boss room. It's right hand reaching up before two fingers dragged down to open the menu, a few clicks later and what materialized is not a weapon which one would expect, rather an apple.
Catching the newly spawned apple where it spawned mid air the figure proceeded to bring it to his face, hair color matching the cloak draped loosely around his head with some strands blocking parts of his vision. Taking a bite out of the apple as he made no motion towards helping the rest of the crew in this fight, instead simply resting there.
"Hum... Looks like they've got a decent handle on things here..." He muttered seemingly to himself before glancing back over his shoulder. Where a medium sized wolf padded up next to the figure. After taking another bite from the apple he dropped to one knee and held the apple out to the wolf who proceeded to gobble the rest of it up. With his other hand scratching the back of its head. "I guess we'll just have to wait till they're done and charge up to the next floor. No need to put you at too much risk just yet.." His attention turning back towards the fight in progress while continuing to pet the head of the dark grey furred beast next to him.

After sustaining the last blow, Yuuki fell back to address her wound with a crystal, healing it while observing the battle simultaneously. People who could not keep up to par with Keele's attacks were falling everywhere. Idiots; most of them were. Less experianced players rushed right in without thinking of all the possible scenarios that could happen, which, in turn, led to them not being able to block Keele's attack. They died, and Yuuki felt no pity for them because it was their own mistake to come here without training properly. But, their willpower overwhelmed her; made her feel inferior. But then again, at the same time, she prided herself in knowing that she too could go against the boss. Gathering up the courage to strike again, Yuuki started circling Keele, with each turn getting closer to where the sparks flew and players dropped.
She shifted her sword to her dominant hand, which was the left, and stepped quickly. The space between Keele and herself seemed excruciatingly too close. The other players acting as a barricade, Yuuki slipped through a crack and drove the tip of her blade straight to the stomach of the boss. As she and other players continued slashing at it, Yuuki began to feel the thrill overtaking her once again. Her blood boiled. The adrenaline rushing through her body. Her heartbeat getting more and more erratic.

Keele continued to spin, even through the hits that landed against him. While he was taking attacks, players were falling to his offensive defense left and right. The more his health bar dropped, the faster he spun and the smaller the crowd around him became. Low level players, whose only goal was to progress, fell by the wayside and dissolved into a fine red mist... gone from the world forever.
A few strong, and possibly fool hardy, souls continued to press regardless of this. Their blades stabbing into the abysmal knight again and again. His figure a long string of lattice-like lines that made him glow more red than anything. The tank at front, holding him in check, as the DPS moved in all around him to strike as any opening presented itself while his whirling blade swung by. The seriousness of the situation slightly deflated by one salient cry in the midst of battle.
"If you're going to keep ignoring me, I'll just keep hitting you until you do!"
The words echoed off the walls of the chamber as the spinning blade clambered to the floor and dissolved away just as quickly. Keeles hands no longer directed at holding anything, even though he continued to spin, began to break apart like tiny shards of glass. As though becoming a miniature twister, the last few bits of the figure known as Keele vanished from the game world entirely.
A bright glow surrounded the players that remained as a large sign rose into the air before them. Congratulations was written across it and before each player spawned a smaller version of the sign with listed individual XP rewards and Col. All of them identical, except for one, the person the system regarded as having the Last Hit Bonus. As Vyse looked on, the bottom of his window flashed for a confirmation input as it listed the hit as his own.

A smirk formed on the figure at the back.
"Looks like they finally finished.. Shall we advance?"
The wolf let out a loud howl that echoed through the bosses room. Quite a few of the players who low on life and resting jumped, a few panicked. After all, they had just finished the boss fights, no mobs should be appearing right? The man nodded in agreement as he pushed up and forward into a dash towards the other side of the room, the dark grey wolf chasing close behind him. The speed was incredible, it was obvious this player put a lot of his points into speed over strength.
"Good work fellows, we'll be proceeding ahead."
With a nod towards the core people who had survived as he darted past them without stopping at all, proceeding up to the next floor in a hurry.

Zuloo Akuma finished his meal as the system notified everyone that the floor had been clear. With a satisfied grin he paid his bill and with slow strong steps walked to the portal to ascend to the fourth floor.
"They will be greeted a hero's return and I shall be there to fix their armor and weapons"
Zuloo raised his over sized smithy hammer and with a blue etheric flash he was gone.

After getting into the clos combat just as the boss fight ended he quickly put away his sword hoping no one would see it. No sense sending up a flare to those that were looking for him if he didn't have to. Just as he finished putting it away he saw a blur out of the side of his vision followed by a grey wolf quickly after. Not sure when they had arrived, and not sure how he felt about them not helping he decided that it didn't really matter all that much anyway. They had survived, and they had beaten the boss. How much could he really complain. As the realization kicked in that he was done battle the courage and strength that had flowed through him during the battle was gone. Replaced by lonliness and exhaustion. Wanting to get one of the better rooms to sleep in he dashed after the blur hoping that he wouldn't get the best room to rent on the floor. Using up the last of his strength he ran after the player, shortly after giving up trying to catch up and just content to run and view the brand new floor. Who knew beauty could be so deadly.

The boss dissolved into tiny fragments.
The fight was finaly over.
Nick sheathed his weapon hoping to find a smith to repair it.
His hp bar was in the green after using the healing crystal.
This time he got Lucky, he needed to level up more so his HP didn't take such huge drops anymore.
He looked around, a cloaked player with a wolf as pet came into the room.
Why didn't he help us? Nick thought. Not that it mattered now, the fight was over and the boss was defeatead.
But 12 people died, makes you think if we can clear this game.
Nick started walking towards a player that saved his ass a couple of times with his trowing picks.
Nice work, you saved my ass a couple of times there. Nick said.
Hope to see you with the next battle.
Nick started walking towards the long flight of staires that led to the 4th floor hoping to get some rest
