*Yawn* Nick had gotten tired of waiting and decided to sleep on the ground for the time being.
Not like anything would happen in the time he was sleeping ti'll they would enter the boss room.
He always had a six sense for danger even when he was sleeping.
Se when he woke up, he heard a sound, like a projectile heading for his.
He jumped up and drew his sword, he sliced the projectile in half, to his own amazement, it was snow.
"W-What the..." Nick was confused
He looked around and saw the culprit.
"Overkill nick.... overkill" He yelled while smiling.
"Amon! You little! I was having such a nice dream" Nick said smiling while picking up snow and making it into a snowball.
He hurled it towards amon hoping it would hit.
The snow was beginning to melt, and the heat was starting to return to this once dried out desert. In a day or two, the scenery would be back to the unimaginative, dusty landscape that had greeted everyone when they first arrived here. The snow had been a pleasant surprise, but all good things must come to an end eventually. All the more reason to get out of here. Vyse raised his head and looked up at the now blue sky. The sun was somewhat hidden behind the clouds, but its warmth was filtering through as if it were a summers day. While he was daydreaming, a man who looked in his mid thirties approached him. The two quietly exchanged words and the man soon departed with his instructions. Vyse let a small smile touch his lips before he set off in search of his group. As he walked, thoughts danced in his head, but this time they weren't of loneliness or fear. We no longer walk alone.
The snow was thicker near the boss' dungeon, and as Vyse reached the crest of a small hill, he could see some figures in the distance. The familiar shapes darted around in the snow, and as he approached he noticed a snowball soaring through the air towards who he presumed was Nick. He watched as the small speck of white flew towards its target, only to be cut down before it could hit him. Vyse continued towards his friends, stopping several paces away. Standing there in the snow, he opened his arms and held them out to his side. The gesture was met with confused looks from the group, but before they could ask any questions, a shape emerged from behind the hill.
"For too long, we have fought alone," he announced loudly. "We have worked hard for the greater good, but we have always been alone in our fight. That ends today friends!"
The dark shape on the horizon grew, and over the hill marched a group of fighters.
"This, is the Aincrad Liberation Force!" He proclaimed proudly. The group was small, maybe 30-40 players, but they all wore the same armour and bore the same weapons.
"I managed to get an audience with miss Yulier, one of the leading members of the group, and I pleaded our case to her. She agreed to aid us in our fight for freedom. We no longer have to fight alone."

After Asuna's HP was replenished, she decided to head off to go to the boss room. They had been on this floor much longer than she'd like. If this was a floor was beautiful scenery then she would have not minded, but the desolate and plain scenery became a bit of an eye sore. Unfortunately some of the usual front liners were not seen, so Asuna was worried how many players would be left to with stand against the boss. She did not look forward to facing against this upcoming boss, considering that it would be stronger than the last one they faced against. Last time one of the clearers nearly lost their life and the players took a lot of damage.
When she arrived, it was surprising to see the other players goofing off before the fight. At least they were in high spirits instead of dreading what was to come. Asuna sat down and hoped that more would come. Right now there was only enough players to form just one team.

It was snowing. Snow snow snow snow.. Noiki wanted to make a snow angel. But sadly, as she must do in SAO, she had to head off to the boss battle with the rest of everyone. She sighed and told herself that she'd be okay, because she'd leveled up some on floor six. She also hoped that the next floor would have a nice ambiance.. This floor seriously sucked.
She trudged along, hearing the snow crunch softly under her feet. she was wearing a dark brown winter coat that had some fluff inside of it. Her hood was on, and some of her hair hung out of it. It was wet from the snow and looking darker that usual. She still felt freezing, being someone who is very sensitive to cold. Her hands dug deep into her coat pockets. She had some black gloves on, but they didn't seem to protect her from the cold at all. There was fog when she breathed, and her eyes kept towards the ground.
As she neared the top of the hill she was climbing, she saw a few of her fellow teammates having a snowball fight. Her face fell. This was awful. This was horrible. She'd look back on this day and think, "That. Was. Awful."
Why did everyone start without her? She was amazing at snowball fights. Well... okay, she didn't. But that was all because of her hair, right? Amon had nearly white hair, and was much better hidden in the snow than she could ever possibly be. Luckily, she wasn't to the top of the hill yet. She crouched down in the snow, almost laying flat on her stomach. And evil grin formed on her face. She balled up a pile of snow, and lifted her head just enough to see where Amon was positioned. She located his head, and with one final evil laugh, she lifted her arms over her head and flung the snowball at his head as hard as she could.

Wolf threw his snowball at one that was already flying towards him, making them both disintegrate in midair. He heard a voice from behind him and all snowball chaos seemed to come to a halt. Wolf turned to the voice. A smile grew on his face as the words, "Aincrad Liberation Force," was spoken out. Their original group was far too small to continue fighting the bosses alone, they needed more power.
Vyse finished his speech that introduced the giant wave of people and finally reached Wolf. "With this many, we can do this," he quietly said to Vyse. It was time to charge in but they needed a plan still.
"Alright," Wolf yelled loud enough so everyone was able to hear him. "First things first, but I'm sure you are already aware of this. Some of you, WILL die today. I cannot guarantee your safety." Wolf paused a little and let it sink in. He saw faces that were horrified and many that were unfazed. "BUT! I refuse to let ANYONE die. Allow it to be my job to keep you alive." At this point, he really was yelling. "Stand by my side and fight with me! FIGHT FOR JUSTICE! FIGHT FOR FREEDOM! AND FIGHT BECAUSE WE HAVE PEOPLE OUT THERE, WAITING FOR US!" Wolf's fist was in the air by this time. "The boss wields a 2 handed sword and he stands at twice my height. Attack in groups and defend in groups. multiple Automated Humanoids await our arrival. We take care of them first. Nick, Yuuki, Noiki, and Asuna, you four will take ten men and destroy the Automatons as fast as possible. Vyse, Amon, and I will stall the boss and await your completion." Wolf paused for a final time. "THIS IS OUR TIME! WE FIGHT AND WE LIVE! TOGETHER, NOTHING CAN STOP US!" <<HOWL>> Wolf let out a giant howl knowing no monsters were present. And with that said, he turned and pushed the double doors open. It was time to fight. It was time to get out of this prison.
Wolf's speech came to a close, and a cheer resounded through the ranks standing before him. He placed his giant fists on the looming doors and with a heave he flung them open, revealing the dark dungeon within. The doors boomed as the opened to their full extent, and another cheer sounded. The faceless warriors surged past Vyse, weapons drawn, and the group swarmed into the room. Wolf, Vyse and Amon broke off from the main body of warriors and moved to the front. Vyse drew «Arondight», his midnight blue sword, the metal ringing as he pulled it from its sheath.
Cautiously, the group of warriors scanned the inky darkness for any signs of movement. Vyse bounced eagerly on the balls of his feet, watching the black abyss before him, waiting for any signs of movement. His adrenalin was pumping, whether from the anticipation or the cheers from the crowd behind him, he did not know, nor did he care. His hand gripped the hilt of his sword, and his knuckles turned white. He was ready.

Asuna heard the sounds of feet marching and was alarmed. To her surprise, there were 30 other players that came to their aid. She was relieved to see that there were others willing to help them in the clearing effort. Apparently this group was called the Aincrad Liberation Force, but these players looked like they were in an actual army. Their uniforms were all the same which made it hard to differentiate the players. With more players, that meant their chances of survival went up, however she knew that causalities could not be entirely avoided. In the last few boss fights they were fortunate because there were no deaths. Asuna knew she could not guarantee the safety of others because she would have to worry about her own safety first. Wolf's speech moved the players and raised up their spirits.
In her group were some players she knew by name since she fought along side them. Along with them would be 10 other men from the Liberation Force. Her group would focus on destroying the automated humanoids. A few floors back she fought against some humanoids, so she was familiar with how it moved and fought. However these ones were probably a lot tougher. The other group would be led by Wolf and they would focus on trying to attack the boss as much as possible before her group could aid them. Asuna decided to take it upon herself to lead the group she was in. 10 of the Liberation Force members obeyed and separated from their main group. Asuna approached them.
"Follow my lead as we take on the humanoids. I'll do my best to examine the situation and figure out a strategy. However be wary and don't take reckless risks."
Asuna hoped that those members would see her as a figure of authority rather than just some girl. As she walked into the boss room, the atmosphere felt ominous as usual. She looked at Nick, Noiki, and Yuuki, giving them an acknowledging nod.

"This, is the Aincrad Liberation Force!" Vyse yelled around thirty players marched towards the boss room.
This is good, more players that are willing to help.
They called themselfs the Aincrad Liberation Force but it was more like an army. Nick thought.
Nevermind, if they are trained and disciplined they won't be a liability.
Wolf had a grand speech ready and when he was done opened the door.
Nick was paired with Yuuki, Noiki, Asuna and around 10 members of the new forces.
Nick was keeping watch as Asuna approached them.
"Follow my lead as we take on the humanoids. I'll do my best to examine the situation and figure out a strategy. However be wary and don't take reckless risks." She said as she walked towards the giant boss room.
She looked at all of us and gave an acknowledging nod.
Nick knew what she was thinking now, so he walked after her and put his hand on her shoulder.
"Don't worry Asuna, these people of the liberation force will come to trust you, after they see our display of strength against the boss."
"They don't... no they can't trust us out of blind faith because we got lucky a couple of times, so this time we'll prove it and get one step closer to defeating this death game."
Asuna looked at nick.
he gave her a confident nod and drew his sword.
He heard whispers from the new players.
"A one handed sword-shieldless build, is he an idiot."
"Sacrificing too much defence for style points..."
Think what you will, after this fight is over, you'll sing another tune. nick tought as he heard a roar.
This is the moment he was waiting for.

[Boss Monster] «Bluey, The Blue Sword»
Hits to Kill:10
Minions Left: (4) Advanced Automated Humanoids
As if the developer had refused to put any thought into the floor at all the names of everything seemed to be unimaginative at the very least but that did not make this boss any less deadly. The maximum amount of challengers for a boss fight was 48, and so the room was built with that in mind. With the small army that had come moving about in the room without some extraordinary co-ordination would get people killed. The four Automated Humanoids walked just in front of the boss and they looked far more intimidating then the ones on the combat area they had faced. These ones had what looked like the remnants of samurai armor on them, a helmet that looked like it could take a beating, a chest protector and boots. Their movements were far smoother and more refined then their less advanced counter parts as well. They would be a challenge to those that attacked that was for sure. The boss stopped only a third into the room, due to the sheer number of opponents. The Humanoids moving a bit further to get some room around them to be able to swing their large swords easily. Two of them held one handed swords and a shield, and the other two carried great swords that rivaled the one their master was caring, which also had the same strange blue aura. Awaiting the attack they were all silent, as if any noise at all was outside their capabilities. Any sound made such as the scrape as a sword was taken out of a scabbard, or the scuff of a shoe on the marble floor underneath the players feet seemed to echo throughout the room. None of the Humanoids made a move and awaited the inevitable attack.
|Was not aware Mod = Forever Alone. Not cool. lol|
The boss had appeared and 4 advanced minions appeared.
2 on the left and two on the right.
Nick focused on the left.
One with a one handed sword and shield, the other one with a great sword.
The other group was the same.
"Asuna, you and me with 5 men from the liberation force will take on the two on the left,
yuuki, noiki and the other 5 men will take on the two on the right, switch out often enough for to keep the AI confused."
Nick looked at his team mates, they gave him an nod, with that nick charged ahead with his sword drawn.
He confronted the automaton with the great sword.
It's sword came down on the floor, nick nimbly dodged and his sword came down on the monster.
It's hp had only gone down with 10 percent.
This will be a tough battle. Nick thought as he jumped back.
"Switch!" He yelled as he was in mid air.
As he was in air he saw the liberation force taking on the automaton with the sword and shield.
Nobody die in this stage... please. He prayed to whatever god was watching that they would all make it out safe.

Wolf stared at the boss from across the room. Although paying minimal attention, from the corners of his eyes, he watched the fight with the advanced automatons unfold. Wolf, Amon, and Vyse's job was to watch for the boss but helping if the group needed it. Wolf took a couple more steps closer, he didn't care about getting hit as much as some other players might.
A fair enough distance away, he stopped and readied his blade. Blue. Wolf's attention was shattered by the sight of something blue on his right. His heart skipped a beat as he saw her there. "What is this feeling?" Wolf thought to himself. He felt something for that girl but didn't know why. For a second, nothing else in the entire world mattered. It was just him and her. But the sound of a clashing sword brought him back to reality and he regained his focus. "This isn't the time to be worrying about such things, Wolf. Get your head in the game."
The battle has only started, but it felt like a century has already passed.
Asuna looked towards the direction of the automated humanoids. They were definitely more advanced than the ones she faced on a previous floor. At least she felt a bit more confident since they had strength in numbers. However these numbers would need somebody with enough charisma and insight to lead them all. These humanoids were well armored on their head, chest and boots. It looked like the front liners would have to take the first strike towards these humanoids since they were not making a move. Asuna knew she had to take down the humanoids as quickly as possible so that she and the others could join in on the main boss fight.
Nick then said that they should split into 2 groups of 7 to face against the machines. That meant approximately 3 or so people would be fighting against an individual machine. When Nick shouted switch, one of the Liberation Force members answered the call and came attacking in. Meanwhile on Asuna's end she was going to deal with the humanoid with the shield and sword. She took 2 liberation members to assist her, leaving 3 other members for Nick's end. One of the liberation members was having a difficult time handling the sword and shield combo of the humanoid, especially since the humanoid was heavily armored. In no time, the "switch!" cry was called out and Asuna came rushing in. Asuna, with her Golden Rapier sprinted forth and used her speed at the humanoid to try and throw it off. She leaped into the air and her sword shined a green color as she was executing a sword skill. She aimed her linear strike right at the humanoid's neck, where there appeared to be no armor at.

The battle had finally begun, and the ringing of steel clashing against steel echoed off the walls, filling the large room. Asuna, Nick, and a handful of members from the Aincrad Liberation Force had broken off and engaged the minions to the left, leaving the boss standing on his own in the middle. Although the huge knights eyes were hidden within the darkness of his helmet, Vyse felt the piercing gaze settle on him. He took a single step forward and the tip of «Arondight» scraped the marble floor. Before the ringing of his blade stopped, Vyse activated his «Sprint» and shot forwards. Trying not to break eye contact with the looming enemy before him, he weaved in between a few stray members of the Aincrad Liberation Force.
Vyse broke free from the small crowd, and the distance between himself and the enemy closed quickly. Keeping low to the ground, he drew his sword arm back, ready to strike, and the blade began to glow in its familiar blue hue. When he was within striking distance, he planted his boot solidly on the ground and began to turn, attempting to deliver a spinning diagonal uppercut. The force of the slash lifted him into the air. As he sailed upwards, he cried "SWITCH!" hoping someone was there to fill his place.
