Synopsis:
The story revolves around a 23-year-old man named, Kazama Masamune. During high school, he had a girlfriend four years older than him, but she suddenly leaves to go abroad. Six years later, he receives news that she has passed away. In addition, she secretly gave birth to Masamune's daughter. Now the five-year-old daughter, Koharu, is returning home to Japan, and Masamune must raise her.

Synopsis
Hayakawa Vito has a Filipino father and a Japanese mother, but he was born and raised in Japan and has never visited the Philippines. The ever-smiling Vito works at Machimura Foods during the day, and at night, he works a part-time job trying to make his dreams come true. One day during an incident at a bookstore, he meets a girl named Mishima Hana, who lost her ability to speak due to an accident. But even though she can't speak, Vito is drawn to her beautiful smile. However, Vito becomes wrongly suspected by the police for a crime, and after meeting the lawyer Kazuma, the issue begins to grow... Together, Vito, Hana, and Kazuma will go through challenging times and have to overcome many obstacles.

Story
Kamiyama Satoru, the emcee of the quiz programme “The Quiz Show”, welcomes high profile musicians as contestants and the live transmission today is about to begin. Kamiyama has a past in which he had lost his memory but he is found by the programme’s producer, Honma Toshio, and suddenly chosen to be the emcee. Still, his technique at driving the contestants into a corner with his incisiveness is without parallel. Saejima Ryoko, the programme’s producer, and the rookie assistant director, Takasugi Reina, are also completely unaware of Kamiyama’s background. Despite the sense of discomfort that they feel, the programme proceeds. The secrets of those musicians are exposed and they self-destruct…

"DOOR TO DOOR" is inspired by Bill Porter, an American door-to-door salesman who achieved the highest sales for his company despite suffering from cerebral palsy. In the U.S., Porter's story became a successful book, and it was turned into an Emmy-nominated made-for-TV movie on the TNT network in 2002.

TBS's version of "DOOR TO DOOR" is set in Japan, with Ninomiya playing the lead as a man named Hideo Kurasawa. His supporting cast includes Kanako Higuchi as his mother and Rosa Kato as a co-worker.

Plot:
At a seaside town, Junichi Nonoue (Kazunari Ninomiya) works as a psychiatrist who provides counseling to cancer patients. Junichi is asked by one of his patients to write a letter, he then starts to take dictation for other patients wishing to convey their last thoughts to loved ones.
