Offline	Posted 10/28/12 Reply Quote First and foremost, increased organization would help simplify things and make them efficient I suggest putting sticky 1 on the survival guide and sticky 2 on list of shinigami/arrancar list threads. in the list thread, have the people role-playing those characters be mention in there as well.

Seireitei Awards Night- like the name says,its awards night ala the Academy Awards,complete with a red carpet event 2. Seireitei Masque Ball- its basically a dance where everyone can socialise with anyone but they have to wear masks. ABSOLUTELY NO VIZARD MASKS!!! 3. Halloween arc maybe???

Offline	Posted 10/31/12 Reply Quote Some Ideas, Seperate the RP into seperate forums, makes it easier for people to split up into different areas. For example, you can have forums for each division, which would allow more control for the Captains of each Division, as well as privacy. Training Grounds - Can be used for your "Training" posts.. makes it a lot easier and can be tracked easier. Warzone Forums - Where actually fighting can occur. Fights inside the Divisions / Training Ground could be for improvement and testing etc, while the actual Warzone forum would be for actual use of skills and abilities.

There are many things that could go hand-in-hand so we can't spread the threads too thin. So let's threat that thread where we have RP already as the main casual RP thread where most anything takes place and create the Training Grounds and Warzone threads. Doesn't have to be named those if you have something else in mind but so long as we understand that one of those is where training happens and the other is where epic sagas happen. Everything else is in the thread we're RPing now.

All i see is "Member" when most of the time i see "Member / Officer / Lieutenant / Captain / Captain Commander" etc... Your Thoughts? Spoiler Alert! Any official chat between Captains can have casual chat mixed in it...i did it all the time as a Captain in other RPs
