A visual novel can be seen as a combination of a novel and a computer game: they're computer games with a large text based storyline and only little interaction of the player. Ctrl + v <.<

A lot of them won't come out in English. I bet 95% won't. You can find a lot that are doijins made IN English if you want. But I bet NONE of the ones uploaded onto here are going to be translated.

You could try Atlas and AGTH but like Shino said, some sentences are not understandable when it translates. xD
