Background:before she became a maid she was an orphan and when she was 10 she got the job as a maid i another castle. They trow her out when she was 12 and told her to work in the castle she work in now. she is now 17.

Background:Her mother used to be one of the best piano players, to her, and she loved her music. One day her mother died of sickness and her father had to take care of her. Her father loved her very much, but couldnt afford to pay for her beacuse the funeral cost so much. He has sent her here to work as a maid and she likes it. Write to her dad everyday, and he writes back. Her dad taught her the flute so she could do it with her mum. she is 16. She play's the violin in remeberance of her parents. She played songs on the streets for food and money. One day a worker from the castle heard her playing, the worker asked her if she had a home a place to live. Ayame told the worker her story, so the worker decided to make her a maid so that the queen and king of the castle could hear her play. Also the worker felt sorry for her.
