Newtype January issue announced a new manga series to be serialized on Shonen Ace magazine
The new Newtype issue also mentions that the story script is fully written by anime director Gorō Taniguchi. The same guy who was the director of both S1 and S2 of the Code Geass anime. Also, The story takes place in the Edo era.

The Lelouch look-a-like on the left's name is "Mysterious Man".

The young boy on the right is named "Renya". (Renya is a girls name or something and I see boobs.)

C.C's name is "Ref C.C".

Because Taniguchi is supervising, the script will be historically accurate. (Can also be read, "will follow the canon".)
