SM TOWN Live 2009 was also postponed because of this. TVXQ and SME themselves said they would NOT disband even with what is going on right now. They would still love to be together as a group. Many people do not support SME but support TVXQ

They have a contract of THIRTEEN years not FIVE. People discribed that contract as a "slave contract" because SME doesn't give much respect. TVXQ says they are emotionally and physically tired. They always have a packed schedule.
