Hi my name is Quang,Male 14 haha. I have been a Crunchyroll Member since December of 2006 so about 1 and a half years. I am Chinese born in Vietnam and i can't speak Vietnamese and only this one weird dialect of chinese. I'm from Illinois USA and it is nice to see how this fangroup has grown. I am sort of bad at designing and stuff but ill try to monitor the site whenever i can. Hello I'm happyfolle but call me 'nana~san'. I am glad to be part of this group and I want to say thanks to nostalgicreflection (the creator) and my fellow mod~xce91 and Quang to be in this together... I do not think They could have found better people to manage this fan group of DN Angel. We will surely give you all a run for your mind and your eyes 'cause we have so much surprises for you all this summer 2008.

DN Angel synopsis:
Based on the manga by Yukiru Sugisaki, it is about a junior high student named Niwa Daisuke whose life gets turned upside down on his 14th birthday.
The day starts out bad for him after being only "just a great friend" for his long time crush Harada Risa. Depressed, when he gets home he suddenly transforms into the notorious Phantom Thief Dark. Puzzled by his new looks, he learns that his family bloodline consists of special genes that enable the transformation into Dark the the day they turn 14: the reincarnation of a thief. Not just any thief, but the famous thief, Dark Mousy. When Daisuke feels romantic feelings towards a girl, he will instantly transform into Dark. And if he doesn't steal the object that he is assigned to steal, he will stay in that form forever.
To make matters worse the entire police force, and Satoshi, a mysterious boy with a dark connection to Daisuke are all after him!
Satoshi Hiwatari is a student at the same school as Daisuke and the Harada twins and also the Commander of the police force, heading the investigation on Dark. This is because he is a member of the Hikari family, a clan of artists which has opposed the Niwa family of thieves for centuries. Satoshi has Krad, Dark's opposite and, like him, part of the Hikari artwork "Black Wings", within him in much the same way Daisuke has Dark within him

Like all other teenagers, Daisuke is feeling the first twinges of love. One of the girls, Risa, in his class has captivated his heart and mind. He wants nothing more than to be the object of her affection.
Daisuke is well liked at school and in his home town. He feels that he is awkward and clumsy. He resides with his eccentric mother and grandfather, who transform their home into a training ground to prepare Daisuke for his destiny.
Unlike other teenagers Daisuke must deal with an inherited family secret. All the males in the Niwa family have a gene that matures on the fourteenth birthday and is activated with feelings of love. For generations members of his family have transformed into the fabled thief, Phantom Dark. Once Dark has been introduced, Daisuke must share his existence with this darker, legendary aspect of his family tradition.

His demeanor is candid and confident. He is well aware of his good looks and on the surface he could be seen as arrogant. It would be easy to dismiss the deeper, kinder side of his personality. Daisuke and Dark often fight against one another for control.

Risa Harada is Daisuke’s classmate and friend. Daisuke has fallen in love with her, but she does not return his affections. She cares about him, but only as a friend. She has tailored herself for a tall, prominent, important ‘dream guy’. Phantom Dark seems to be all that she has dreamed of in a man.
She and Riku are twins, Risa being the younger of the two. Her appearance is sweet, feminine and she has an air of romanticism. She is the more ‘girlie’ of the two sisters. She relies on tarot cards for predictions of what her and her sister’s future brings.
Riku Haradais a classmate of Daisuke’s but is not as close to him as her sister. She does have feelings for him that she hasn’t explored or admitted to herself or anyone else.She is less ‘girlie’ than Risa and more down to earth. She is kind hearted and wants only the best for everyone.

Everyone seems to feel awkward around him so he doesn’t have any friends. He has an icy demeanor and is even cold towards his father. The reasoning for his ambivalence towards others is unknown.
His father is the Chief of Police, and they are investigating Dark. The only person he intentionally seeks out is Daisuke. It seems that he might have figured out Daisuke’s secret. Yet, he seems to be withholding and fighting a deep secret of his own.
Krad / クラッド

Krad is the complete opposite of Dark (with even Dark's name spelt backwards) and also Dark's worst enemy. Krad is the homicidal blond of the series who is the alter-ego of Hiwatari Satoshi. Apparently, Daisuke was the reason that Satoshi first transformed into Krad. With (Wiz) absolutely despises Krad and always tries to attack him on sight. Krad can be called insanely obsessive, as he attempts to kill Daisuke after their first encounter because he is very possessive over his host, Satoshi, and does not let him get close to anyone. He affectionately calls him, "My everything". Satoshi, however -- like his whole family generation -- despises Krad.
Unlike Dark, Krad does not use any wings other than his own and is entirely willing to utilize his magic, thus demonstrating his lack of care for his host's wellbeing. Although feelings of love are what cause Daisuke to transform into Dark, it seems that Krad can force his way out of Satoshi at any moment, although the original trigger was Satoshi's desire for Daisuke's safety and happiness. The fact that he can now come out at any time may be due to Krad's greater willingness to injure his host, since it makes little sense for Daisuke to be triggered by love and Satoshi to seemingly have no continuous triggers. Likewise, Satoshi can most times force Krad back inside his body. One very popular nickname for Krad is Homicidal Blonde. Krad has no last name, but only he calls Dark with Mousy attached. He uses it to express how he feels about Dark.
