Restrictions/Extra Info: (Anything else that the creator wants all players to be aware of.
Ex: Zombies have super strength (or not). Vampires can survive on little blood for weeks (or not). Not everyone who is bitten is turned (or is). Etc. These are only examples, therefore not the only restrictions/extra info that could be mentioned.
Following the
Official Form should be the
Character Form for all characters that the creator and players would like to use in the RPG.

Character's Name:
Character's Species: (Human is a possibility)
Character's Age:
Character's Personality: (Short summery)
Character's History: (Any major events that have occured to the character that should be known.)
Character's Appearance: (Either a picture or a short description. 2 pictures if it has a human version.)
