Synopsis:
Spira was home to highly developed civilizations until 1000 years ago, when Sin first appeared. Sin is a tresspasser, a scourge upon the land. It falls only to rise again, bringing chaos and destruction to Spira's technological advances.
A group of travellers from different tribes and walks of life will set aside their own beliefs to save their crying world. Together they will guard a young Summoner determined to defeat Sin at all costs.
The party journeys to the very ends of the world, visiting temples and bonding with Aeons. As the Summoner gains new strengths, she prepares to recieve her 'Last Summoning', the only power that can defeat Sin and save the world.

Tidus is described as cheerful and is a star player at an underwater fighting ball game, known as Blitzball (He is a star player in a Blitzball team called Zanarkand Abes). His love interest is Yuna. Tidus is the only character that doesn't fit into the Asian imagery of Final Fantasy X.
He has long resented his father, a renowned blitzball player himself who disappeared during Tidus' youth. Tidus' quick moves allow him to attack even the swiftest foes with ease.

Lulu's experience and wisdom are valuable assets to the party. She treats Yuna as though she were her younger sister. Although she may seem insensitive at times, there are depths to her emotions that only her closest friends can understand.

Rikku is a young Al Bhed girl with an upbeat and positive personality. She dismantles mechanical enemies with ease, and can steal items from enemies as well. When Rikku joins the party near the Moonflow, her technical expertise allows you to start customizing equipment by adding abilities to the open slots on weapons and armor.

Wakka is a blitzball player same as Tidus. First they're in different teams but later on, Tidus joins Wakka's. Wakka uses Blitzball as a weapon, and Overdrive attack is to use his blitzball skill by selecting the right slot.
Although he's the captain of the Besaid Aurochs Blitzball team, Wakka plans to retire from the sport after this year's tournament so that he can devote himself entirely as Yuna's guardian. His deadly Blitzball is especially useful for shooting down aerial enemies and long range attacks.

Yuna's guardian who uses spear as his weapon. Kimahri reminds us about Quina in Final Fantasy IX, who uses Blue Magic non-human beast. He tries to protect Yuna from the danger, using his strength.
A young warrior of the Ronso tribe, Kimahri watched over Yuna during her early years. He is devoted to Yuna and serves her loyally as a guardian.

Seymour Guado is the current head of the demi-human Guado tribe. Seymour, however, is only half-Guado: His father was Ziscal, the previous Guado chief, but his mother was a human. Caught in between two races, he purports to fight against inequality and is consequently a popular public figure. Seymour is not just the head of the Guado tribe, but a leader in the Ebon religion as well. The predominant religion of Final Fantasy X's world, Ebon teaches that technology must never be used unless absolutely necessary.

This aerial aeon easily dodges many attacks from the ground. Valefor's regular attack is a quick, snatching motion, which is enhanced by the aeon's high Accuracy.

Effect: Inflicts normal damage even with Protect
Overdrive: Hellfire
Element: Fire
Although Ifrit has incredibly high Strength, its Defense and Magic Defense are quite low. Ifrit can regain HP by casting Fire, Fira, or Firaga on itself. It's best to use Ifrit against enemies that are weak against fire.
Ixion
Found: Djose Temple
Special Attack: Aerospark
Effect: Dispels positive status effects
Overdrive: Thor's Hammer
Element: Lightning
Ixion's high Defense and Magic Defense attributes make it a good aeon to summon when the party needs protection from an attack

Believe it or not, there are aeons even more powerful than Bahamut. In the Calm Lands, circle past the right side of the bridge leading to Mt. Gagazet, and descend into the gorge below. To the left of the Save Sphere is the Cavern of the Stolen Fayth. Proceed through the cave until you encounter the spirit of a dead summoner. The summoner will call Yojimbo. This aeon has high physical defence but low magic defense, so hit him as often as possible with spells such as Firaga. Afterward, you can use the teleport pad there to travel to hidden chambers containing a Flexible Arm, and MP Sphere, and two X-Potions.
Next, travel to the Chamber of the Faith and speak to Yojimbo to negotiate a fee for his services. He will offer his lowest initial asking price if you choose the option "To defeat the most powerful of enemies". For your first bid, offer half of his asking price puls 1 Gil. So, if he asks for 250,000 Gil, offer 125,001. After his next offer, raise your bid by 1 Gil. By the time he proposes 205,000 Gil, he will generally accept offers below 200,000 Gil, though not much lower. If at any point you him at least triple his asking price, he will give you two Teleport Spheres in addition to his services.

Found: Baaj Temple

Effect: Inflicts Death status on target
Overdrive: Oblivion

Acquiring Anima is sort of a side quest involving several steps. Find the hidden location Baaj Temple with the airship. Run up the familiar path and dive into the water. Then prepare to finally defeat Geosgaeno, and swim toward the underwater temple entrance.
Geosgaeno: Geosgaeno attacks with Stone Punch and KO Punch, so equip Rikku, Tidus, and Wakka with armor bearing protection against petrification and death. Cast Hastega and Protect on the party, use everyone's Overdives.
Magus Sisters
Found: Remiem Temple
Special Attack: Camisade, Razzia, Passado
Effect: -
Overdrive: Delta Attack
Element: None
To get the Magus Sisters, capture all of the required types of fiends on Mt. Gagazet and return to the monster arena owner in the Calm Lands. As a reward, he gives you the Blossom Crown. You must also possess all of the other aeons, including Yojimbo and Anima, which are hidden aeons in the game. Next, go to Remiem Temple in the Calm Lands.
After you defeat Spathi, Belgemine will give you the Flower Scepter. After defeating all of the aeons at Remiem Temple, use the Blossom Crown and Flower Scepter on the door in the back to unseal it and acquire the Magus Sisters.
