Fran (フラン, Furan?) is the newest officer member of the Varia in the future who uses a Hell Ring with the numbers "666" imprinted on it. Introduced during the Varia attack on a Millefiore base in Italy,
Fran is Mammon's replacement as the group's illusionist and is thus forced to wear a large frog hat to symbolize this.
Fran has a calm demeanor despite being very antagonistic towards the other members of the Varia, verbally attacking them."

Fran has been officially colored on the new manga cover for Reborn(as well as episode 136 of the Reborn anime), and appears to have teal or aqua hair and eyes, as shown here(His frog hat appears to have blue eyes):
He also seems to be shorter than the other Varia members, including Belphegor, which would make him look younger, as well as the fact that he calls Belphegor his "Senpai", though that could just be a rank thing.
It has not been said what his official age is.
