Biography:

The younger brother of a twin, Fujiki Naohito entered showbiz as Hanazawa Rui in the movie adaptation of Hana Yori Dango. His acting career took a backseat when he attended Waseda University, and managed to complete his science and engineering studies. Returning in 1997, Nao’s popularity rose after a starring role in 2001's Love Revolution. This actor is also a guitar enthusiast, penning most of the songs in his albums.In addition to being able to play hunky heartthrob TV reporter Eiichiro Suga in the hit Asian drama Love Revolution where he seduces women to get his "scoops" on politicians, Nao can write his own award-winning songs like his latest single Wonderful Days which currently sits in the top 10 on Oricon charts. Songs and music are his passion, he says, something that's been apart of him since childhood and part of his career since 1999.He looks for inspiration in hard rock and heavy metal and frequently listens to Steve Vai, Winger, Aerosmith and Extreme who he calls his favorites.He has been the media spokesman for a number of popular brands and products such as Shisedo, Toyota, Sharp, Sun Ten FX Neo and others.

Naohito grew up with his twin brother enjoying baseball, soccer, fishing and bowling. He loves math, shopping and Japan's favorite - the mahjong game.

When he isn't writing songs, Naohito is listening to his favorite hard rock and heavy metal bands. Favorite singers for this Cancerean include: Steve Vai, Aerosmith, Winger and Extreme.

Fans can see Naohito in a number of different acting roles including the hit drama GTO Great Teacher Onizuka, the movie Dragon Head and his more recent drama Antique which hit the screens in 2001 and 2002.
