(to below) Taiwanese is a Dialect... but I haven't seen any dramas with Taiwanese, they usually use mandarin, and mandarin and cantonese is the same language, just different dialects.

(to below) actually, taiwanese people do have their own form of a taiwanese language, not all taiwanese people speak chinese. and by chinese and cantonese the creator probably means mandarin and cantonese.
