Went to Philly in August and found out that it was a Khmer Krom version of Long Beach except I think the Khmer gangs there are united against the blacks.

@killakhmerkid - the cambodian flag represents Cambodia and Cambodians as a whole - doesn't matter if you're Khmer Krom or not, if you're Cambodian then that flag represents you no matter what area of Cambodia you're from

Hey I noticed that the Cambodian flag cant represent Khmer Kroms or Khmer Surins, I don't know about the rest of you but i don't even consider myself Cambodian, I consider myself Khmer American, but since my parents are from Cambodia...
