just read the manga at onemanga.com and itachi was aware of madara's presence thats why he joined the akatsuki..to protect it against madara.. he said to madara that he will join him only if he will not attack konoha.. and pain is nagato..

i dun think that madara is orbito cos u see when madara fought with the first hokage, he was showing his left eye. while orbito gave his left eye to kakashi
