Village Name: Kumogakure
Location: Land Of Thunder

Country Background:

The Lightning country is one of the unrevealed lands in Naruto. The Lightning Country is one of the larger ninja countries in the Naruto world, but it only shares a border with one unknown country. The remainder of the country is marked by a long coastline.

Village Background:

Kumogakure ("Village Hidden Among Clouds") is located in the Land of Thunder. As one of the five great Ninja villages, Kumogakure has a Kage as leader, the Raikage.

In that past, Konohagakure and Kumogakure were at war, and during peace talks, one of the ninja from this village tried to kidnap a member of the Hyûga clan, which resulted in an incident that ended with the death of Neji's father. Nothing apart from that is known about it at this point, but it stands to reason that its ninja specialize in lightning-based jutsu.
