At the setting of this battle between Eternal Enemies, Team 7 is out on yet another mission with Yamato as their leader. And the inclusion of Sakura, Sai and Naruto, their eyes are set upon the Akatsuki once again. Still soaked in the sadness of loosing a fellow comrade known as Asuma, their knowledge goes as far, but not far enough, knowing that there are only 9 tailed demons and the spirit no tail. That is all that they know that exists within this universe.
Far from their 5 Great Shinobi Nations where the great tailed beasts originated from, the severe rift that first brought them to those lands was disrupted the last time. And from it came one higher then the nine tailed. For there is ten within everything, ten fingers, ten toes, ten, ten, ten… a spiritual exception within the gravitational laws of each spirit and demon… Somehow each of them knew, the world knew of this devastating arrival.
The Genryuu Kyuu Fuujin - Complete Nine Mystical Dragon Seal was unable to hold the tailed demons it had already concealed, #10 clashed into their soil. Vibrations of its chakra flourished throughout the ground, bringing new power to those and new life to those whom were dead and gone. Men emerged, women became at their best and towers toppled awaiting then to be created a new. Within a great uproar those of the dead that had been dead for a long time resumed in the form of what appeared to be zombies, attacking whatever was near.
The tailed demons were set free and learned the way to gain a human like form of their own (or entered their host), the vibrations ended and the dead stopped their attack. After several days they located the tenth and attempted to transmit it into a host; but each host died until finally #10 formed itself into a human appearing child. The individuals were shocked at its ability and were quick to cage her. But seeing as how that only helps breed anger and hatred, they released her from that cell. She seemed to have no such kind of recollection of anything but her name. Within abnormal growth rate, she went nowhere unseen. Keeping her under close watchful eyes, they began their reconstruction.
This reconstruction, this new seemingly era took several years to seem right and once it did, the 5 Great Nations were acknowledged of all 10 of the tailed demon, the 1 spirit being out from containment. The Akatsuki had grown stronger with new members and the squads of each nation was prepared, much more to fight back to protect their lands and end the Akatsuki once and for all.

3. The Forum is Stickied in the exact order that I want you to sign up in. If you don't wanna be in one of those clans, DON'T pick it. If you don't want to be a Jinchuriki, skip it, if you don't want to be an Anbu, skip it and go to creating your character. (you no longer have to choose a clan). But I don't want to see you being an Anbu or a jinchuriki in your description due to the fact that you never signed up for it. If so I won't have you approved, thankyou.

8. You can have 2 Character but both of them can't be a leader. (ex: Both have a kage position NO. Has Akatsuki Leader & Co-Leader, NO. Has Squad Leader and another leader Position, NO. That takes away chances for others since they are highly sought after positions.)

10. MODs commonly check within the Info.Board because many things will be posted in there for you to read such as information and such
